In addition to its charm, its versatility is a standout feature: the grand cathedral living room with its fireplace is the perfect spot for winter and late-season gatherings; with its pizza oven and barbecue, the renovated barn that opens onto the garden is suited for the most beautiful summer and spring days; the small pool brings joy to both adults and children.

Casa Caroli|Dimore di Langa, charm in central Alba

Welcome to your home away from home! Casa Caroli is a detached house located in the center of Alba (100 m from piazza del Duomo). It’s a relaxing oasis with a courtyard and one free parking (it's also possible to reserve a second parking lot). It has three bedrooms (one bigger and two other smaller), a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. A/C in all the rooms. If you want to have a meal with a view, you can also find a patio and a terrace with table and chairs.

Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and an EV charging station for a fee. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by the anti-mosquito system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

Ca'Delle Rondini - Vineyard Estate with Panorama

Ca'Delle Rondini is a beautifully restored Piedmontese farmhouse at 550 metres above sea level, surrounded by vineyards and woodland. The view is one of its defining features — an uninterrupted panorama across the Langhe hills towards the Alps, with Monte Viso visible on clear days. Guests consistently describe it as breathtaking, and it is at its most magical at sunset. Outside you will find 18 meter infinity pool to relax and wild mediterranean styled garden for tranquility.

Cascina d'Ghistu A large farmhouse from the early 1900s, recently renovated and located at the foot of the Castle of Magliano Alfieri, just 3 km from the entrance to Alba, nestled between the Langhe and Roero regions. A strategic location for exploring Alba and all the stunning destinations nearby, including Barbaresco, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, and many others. The farmhouse features a spacious courtyard and a garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying peaceful moments.

Penna - your home with a garden in Monferrato

Welcome to our late 19th-century farmhouse renovated in 2023. It's on top of a soft hill with great views. We live in the house next door and will make sure not to interrupt your stay, however, if you have any questions or need any help, let us know and we'll be more than happy to accommodate you! Romantic old house in Govone, Roero

The house built in 1943 has a splendid view of the Roero hills, with vineyards on one side and the Govone Castle on the other. The house was my family's country house and has been totally preserved with the exception of the two bathrooms and the kitchen which were completely renovated in 2016. In 2022 important works aimed at saving energy were carried out: insulation on the external walls, replacement of windows and shutters, solar panels and heat pump.

Moscato House, Vineyard & Private Pool

Casa Moscato is a beautiful, finely renovated house located in the Langhe, near Neive and a few minutes' drive from Alba, surrounded by vineyards, ideal for families and friends to discover our magical territory. Inside, it has a dining area with an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with a double bed, all with an internal bathroom. Outside, our guests can relax in the private garden and will have a swimming pool (10x4 meters) at their disposal.
