Welcome to our beautiful house in West Valley city! This spacious house is in a wonderful neighborhood. From our house to the airport very close (14-15 minutes), super close to restaurants, freeway 201, Mountain view Corridor, grocery and shopping stores (2-5 minutes), to downtown Salt Lake, Salt Place Conventional Center (18-20 minutes). All the furniture in the house is new. Please leave it in as great a condition as you found it. The entire house is yours so you can enjoy a peaceful stay.

Enjoy a fanatically clean, private and cozy nook decorated to uplift and promote serenity. This was our home for many years and we love the convenient location close to the airport and city, but still out of the way of the hustle and bustle and surrounded by friendly neighbors. Please note this is a BASEMENT apartment with a private entrance. The unit above has occupants but no areas are shared. Please expect to hear footsteps and muffled voices. 10pm-10am quiet hours strictly enforced.
