Beautiful cottage in the heart of nature

Relax at this fully restored 16th century gite in the heart of the 11 Ha estate, embellished with century-old oak trees. You will enjoy a soothing and serene setting 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux and the ocean beaches of Hossegor, with many walking or cycling walks, 10 minutes from all amenities. Available: table tennis, trampoline, rackets, petanque, darts, foosball. Swimming pool only in July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 12m x 6m, open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

After you have the farm at the deer of Houga 10 minutes away, you also have the village swimming pool 5 minutes away, open in July and August. You can also go boating in our pond and swim! We also offer crayfish fishing.

This cottage is perfect for a stay for two, you will enjoy a garden with a view of the Gers countryside, access to a very large swimming pool 14 m long and 7 m wide, with sunbathing, and a bench. For lovers of visits you are in the heart of Bas Armagnac, with beautiful properties to visit!!

Refurbished T1, close to all shops, in a quiet dead end, with views of the Pyrenees and very bright, south-facing terrace. Fully equipped kitchen. Sleeping is a 140x190 bed only and the bed is made for your welcome. Towels are not provided...only the floor mat.
