Small house in Magny en Bessin in the garden of the owners. Very well located, you are close to the landing beaches, Bayeux 4Kms, the sea in Arromanches 7kms, Caen 27Kms. Ground floor: you will find a kitchenette with electric hotplates, fridge, microwave, Nespresso, kettle, a small shower room. Upstairs : toilet, living room with sofa bed 90X190, a large bedroom with 2 single beds 90X200 (new bedding), TV. Careful, the stairs are steep.

The Ponton of Magny-en-Bessin

New house in a small subdivision ideally located 5 minutes from Bayeux, Arromanches and Asnelles beach, to RT2020 standards, and soon accessible to PRMs. You will have a partially enclosed lot of about 400 m2 and massifs in progress (the summer period is not conducive to plantations). A playground and a city stadium are provided by the Town Hall, just 50 meters from the house, next to a listed church and castle.

Completely restored, respecting the old elements in memory of the past, it now offers all the contemporary comforts for a comfortable stay.
