Family-friendly holiday rentals in Magog

Un vrai noyau caché au milieu des bois! Larges espaces, le jacuzzi était très bien tenu et le chalet agréable à vivre. Aucun bruit, pas de vue sur aucun voisin, juste sur la montagne. Le chemin d'accès nécessitera d'avoir au minimum un SUV en été et n'est pas accessible en voiture par temps de neige, c'est à prendre en considération pour atteindre ce havre de paix.

Très beau logement et spa apprécié en hiver! Le fait de ne pas avoir besoin de clé est super. Les chambres sont confortables et les aires ouvertes permettent dépasser du bon temps en groupe. (Il n'y a pas de poêle à fondu chinoise.)

Proche des États -Unis donc frais si ont fait des Pour le chalet voie Lactée, je m'attendait a ce thème a l'intérieur aussi. Mais trop de décoration qui na aucun rapport, coq, loup, papillon, etc. Parcontre dans le spas sa valais la vue, le ciel qui représentait vraiment le nom du chalet. Est-ce que je retournerais ? Oui sans aucune hésitation. Pour le prix ca vaut la peine. La plage pas loin est un plus ;-). J'ai aimer mon séjour ;-)

We had a wonderful stay at Michel's place. It's beautifully situated and such a wonderful part of the Estrie. The home was cosy, clean and very tastefully decorated. I loved the shower and the hot tub! Thanks again Michel, I highly recommend this place for nature lovers and bicycle and hiking enthusiasts! Heath and Caron

We will definitely be returning to Darren and Lynne’s BnB! Our room was very comfortable and homey, with great personal touches. We greatly enjoyed the delicious breakfast during our stay, and warming up in the hot tub at the end of our day skiing. Thank you for hosting us!

Accueil super chaleureux. Alain a pris le temps de nous raconter l'historique de la maison (centenaire), ainsi que de nous informer des trucs à faire et à voir à Waterloo (Qc). Il y a tout près une brasserie artisanale (ROBIN), à sept minutes à pied. Nous avons été un restreint dans nos activités par des pluies importantes. Mais nous avons regardé des films d'horreurs sur l'écran géant. Ce qui a mis du piquant dans notre expérience... Définitivement une expérience mémorable et à refaire. Merci

Le chalet est situé dans un environnement exceptionnel! Maison entièrement pensée pour un séjour confortable et divertissant. Coup de cœur pour le lac immense, les plaisirs nautiques et le sentier nature pour le jogging et la bicyclette. Maison idéal pour des vacances en famille. Marie-Josée l’hôte a été super serviable et accueillante.

If it was for sale, we would ask to buy it, but it wouldn’t come with our wonderful hosts so we’ll continue to rent it! What a wonderful experience we had enjoying ourselves and beautiful Ayer’s Cliff, Quebec. We visit Quebec quite often from the states where we live and we have stayed in several places over many years and this is one of our favorites. very nice experience at the cottage - kids liked it and we had lots of games and puzzles to do on a rainy day. interior stair will be remebered :) saw lots of deer and two wild turkeys every day on the gravel road to keep in mind when driving. ski is few minutes alway with a car. most of the close by restaurants (30min away) open after thursdays, so we were goint at the owls head hotel restaurant- not bad but need reservation on a busy days. overall excelent 5 day ski vacation. kuddos to the owner.

Nuestra estancia en casa de Sara fue perfecta! Estuvimos mejor que en casa! Había todo lo que necesitábamos. La casa, cómoda y acogedora, llena de detalles preciosos. El porche, una maravilla. La cocina, estupenda para cocinar con todos los utensilios necesarios. El comedor, amplio y cómodo. Los padres y resto de familia de Sara al lado, pendientes de lo que pudiéramos necesitar. Muy amables y generosos. La gente en el pueblo, muy amables también. Encantados de estar allí y sin duda repetiría allí de nuevo si volvemos.

We had a lovely time at this quaint mountainous home. The neighbor nearby had some horses that grazed near the home every morning and the vistas in the distance were incredible to see. We would love to come back again next year, maybe during the more peak foliage season. Thank you all so much for your hospitality, especially for providing us an extra night!

This place is as advertised. We immediately felt at ease upon entering the place. It is a cozy European style chalet that is close to skiing and the village. We are already planning a return next winter.

Superbe endroit très beau et confortable une des plus belles place que j’ai vue !

L'espace est chaleureux et parfait pour une retraite en nature. Les communications étaient claires et j'ai pu facilement entrer en contact avec Jean-Thomas lorsque j'ai eu de la difficulté à trouver l'endroit (en pleine tempête de neige il faut le dire!). Les sentiers aménagés autour sont magnifiques et bien entretenus !

Our family absolutely loved Louise & Michel's chalet - it is charming and cozy. We had a lovely stay and hope to visit again.

What a gorgeous location! So pretty, beautiful trail along the property with lovely pool and hot tub. It felt like being in a home and not an Airbnb. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay. Perfect for skiing at Jay. Wonder spot to relax by the fire and wake up to the view. Judith was helpful and responsive. Hope to come back next year!

Just awesome. Slopeside access, close to Tram Side and right on Grammy Jay which was easy for the littles to get the day started on the way to the double. When it was cold (once) we used the fireplace and the condo warms up quickly. Plenty of hot water. A near perfect stay. Fantastic!

Très beau chalet. La cuisine est très bien équipé. Très propre, beaucoup de bois pour faire de nombreux feux dans les 2 foyer (1 intérieur et 1 dans le salon extérieur chauffé). Le village de Ayer’s Cliff est à 4 minutes d’autos (restaurants, boulangerie, épicerie, petits magasins…). Nous avons séjourné durant la relâche de mars et sommes allé skier à Orford qui est à moins de 25 minutes.

Stayed at Mike’s place for 3 nights while skiing at Jay Peak. Ideal location and was just the perfect layout and space for my party of 6. Even with 3 adults and 3 kids there was still plenty of extra space for additional guests. Some nice restaurants just down the street towards Montgomery. The space was also ideal for cooking in and enjoying time with everyone. Have been to Jay Peak often and would certainly be interested in renting again.

Great house and responsive host. Kitchen was very well stocked for cooking and there were plenty of books/games to keep you occupied.

We had a lovely stay at Ricardo's! Honestly, it looks even nicer than the pictures! It is a basement apartment but is very clean and well-supplied: lots of kitchen utensils, a full-sized fridge and microwave, a high chair, LARGE washer and dryer, a fan, AC, outdoor seating to relax in, plenty of towels, two roll-away cots, a large closet, and more! The above ground pool is just shared with the apartment above and was very refreshing. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed very family-friendly...we saw a lot of kids walking and riding their bikes on the street, and the park is right around the corner and very easy to walk to. The apartment is just a block away from a main road that runs between Sherbrooke and Magog which made it very easy to access what these towns had to offer. Lakes were just a short drive away. Ricardo was also a very friendly and responsive host. This was a great value and quality for the price and I would definitely be interested in coming back!

Le chalet était très grand et répondait bien à nos besoins. Nous étions 15 et c’était parfait comme endroit. L’environnement est calme et intime. Le chalet comprend des commodités intéressantes pour un séjour entre amis. Je le recommande vivement ! Nous y retournerons assurément !
