Quiet stay on 76 acres land with pool!

Please read complete description before you book. A short 1 hr. car ride from Mtl will bring you to the picturesque Eastern Townships. This beautiful little century home is located on 76 acres with a forest and meandering streams. The in-ground swimming pool is open from June till September (it's not heated). The house is bright, clean and has a comfy feel to it. It’s fully equipped kitchen, veranda, BBQ, and the campfire is quite the treat. Trails from the backyard will take you into the woods.

Our cottage is located on Lake Memphremagog, an international lake shared with Canada. Visit our nearby hobby farm/children’s museum. Kayak, bike or hike to stunning natural settings or take day trips to a variety of interesting destinations, including maple sugar shops, alpaca or dairy farms, golf courses, a ski resort with indoor waterpark; or cross the Canadian border a few miles away and explore Quebec. A boat dock is available for use at our cottage with an access ramp a 1/4 mile away.

For group above 14, there is a dormitory in the basement that can accomodate up to 4 peoples (4 twin beds or 2 kings) and a private bathroom. Rest and relax in this ancestral home that offers a peaceful environment, perfect as a remote office with reliable, unlimited Wi-Fi or a much needed retreat with plenty of family activities.

2 bedroom cottage located at Lac d'Argent, Eastman, in the Eastern Townships (1 hr 15 min from Montreal). Lake access is 100 meters from the cottage, or 3 houses away. Families with young children will appreciate the sandy beach and shallow lake. Bring your paddle board or use our kayaks for a beautiful ride on this beautiful lake, offering stunning views of Mount Orford and other Estrie peaks. Authorized limit of 2 vehicles parked.
