Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Mahmutlar

It was good and comfortable. Small apartment, but comfortable

I stayed at the apartment for 1 month, Polat greeted me and let me in no problem and the apartment was clean, i checked the bed and it was clean and everything was in order and its really a great size for price with great furniture. Polat is a family man and you'll often see him with his family helping him out, he always has a smile on his face and is always ready to help and is only a message away with a swift response time, new bedding, extra coat hangers, delivery to apartment, questions for local amenities. we got on well and he even booked me a cheap shuttle bus transfer for me on my departure date and reassured me that my next stay he'll give me a great offer. The apartment is located right next door to a BIM, less than a 5 minute walk from the beach, gym and the main strip with shops and restaurants. its also just a turning off the main road with bus stops and access to central.

Victoria has been an amazing host, very kind and helpful . She was always avaible and helped us very fast when we needed help. The apartment was very clean and everything was as described. We find everything we needed in the apartment. There were even shops and restaurants nearby . We have been in Alanya so many times but never had such a good host, next time we are in Alanya we will definitely book this apartment again.

Large and nice apartment within walking distance to the beach and Oba city center. Really enjoyed. The host has always been nice and responded quickly to our inquiries both before and during the stay. Recommend this place and would love to come back.

We were lucky to get a very last-minute booking (other booking fell through); Ferdi was helpful and everything was made easy. The spacious little townhouse is within a large hotel complex. We were very comfortable. The two balconies are in direct sun all morning. Electricity and water are charged for separately; for our three-night stay this was only a few pounds.

Great host, great place. Timurhan was always very receptive and open to help or advise. Quite location, beautiful view, air conditioning and swimming pool to save you on hot days, 10 minutes walking to sea and all the amenities you might need. Additionaly, right next to home, are trails, which can lead you either to Antalya castle or seaside through a pine forest.

It's a resort on top of a hill. Very spacious apartment with a nice view. Good gym and other facilities. Make sure you have a car when you come here (or use taxis), since the distance to the town is quite far.

Everything went well and the location is very well situated. I loved the apartment and the city! Everything went as expected 🙏🏻

I would like to thank Mr. Türker for allowing me to have a flexible check-in and check-out. We met Mr. Türker's assistant, Mr. Ömer, and he helped us very quickly and sincerely in everything, and our 5-person holiday was incredibly beautiful, we felt at home and never wanted to leave this place. The cleanliness of the house was very nice, everything was sparkling. If we come again, we will definitely choose this house.

Truly a very beautiful apartment, made in a modern design, expensive appliances and furniture , everything is thought out to the smallest detail. A variety of built-in household appliances, such as a dishwasher, pleasantly accompany the stay. A gorgeous view from the window, everything you need within walking distance. I would like to note separately how quickly the host responds to requests and questions.
