Parking is never an issue, as the 2 spots in front of the house are almost always available. Everything you need to accommodate a long stay This home is for the enjoyment of the guests. Absolutely no parties allowed, any parties will be disbanded and guests will be asked to leave with no refunds.

Located on the Norwich Inn and Spa property, this Villa is a true one bedroom unit with access to two clubhouses (9am-10pm) which include a sauna, gym, hot tub, and saltwater pool access (seasonal). It is also located a few miles away from both Mohegan Sun Casino and Foxwoods Resort and Casino with many amazing restaurants to chose from in the area. If you are a fan of golf, we are located right on the back 9 of the Norwich Golf course! Lake of Isles golf course is also about 15 minutes away.

Water Forest Retreat -Octagon

Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep. Come stay with us on our working farm. Relax and take in our beautiful 12-acre property while sitting on the back deck, overlooking pastures. Or for a more interactive experience, join us on a farm tour during our morning and evening farm chores. Our farm was established in 1739 with a rich history in agriculture and livestock. Our cottage is studio-style with an open bedroom, living room, and dining area. There is a kitchette and bathroom with a shower for your convenience.
