Fantastic place with beautiful views. Hosts were very proactive making sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. Secure car parking and secure complex. Location and views were great. Will definitely return at some point in the future.

We had a great stay in Cliftonville, very clean & spacious flat with good amenities for cooking / everyday living if you're not eating out each night. Damian was very responsive and helpful with communication even helping with recommendations of a bag drop for our last day once we checked out. One thing to flag is that the flat was a little dark and felt more like a basement flat than ground floor.

Beautiful location with stunning garden - just perfect for the Mount Vineyard, golf course and local pubs in the village. It was the second time I had stayed at this property and would recommend without reservation. Brian was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The garden room also has secure off road parking

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Denzel's place! The flat itself is incredibly stylish with a really cool design that we loved. It was the perfect base for our trip. One of the biggest conveniences was the parking. We traveled by car, and being able to park right in front of the house was a huge plus. Denzel provided us with a daily parking permit, which made everything seamless and stress-free. The location is ideal for anyone looking to explore the area. We were mainly there to visit Rochester, and the flat is super close, making it very easy to get to all the historic sites. We were also pleasantly surprised to find how near we were to the marina, which was a really cool spot to walk around and enjoy.

We had a very nice stay. The duplex was very comfortable, very clean and had all mod cons. There was plenty to do and see in town, including a cinema and interesting walks. Antonella had told us where to park and that helped a great deal. We also had a day in Whitstable which was also very interesting.

Top guy with a lot of patience for my questions, such as "how do I find it" while I was parked 15 feet away from it!! Flat was perfectly located for us and very close to a friendly chippy ( had better chips but the freshly cooked large code was beautiful!). Overall a great stay and can't fault the host, would definitely stay here again if visiting the area in future.

A very relaxing, clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay. Michael’s place suited our needs perfectly. Michael and Linda were lovely hosts and were exceptionally helpful.

Chloe was a fabulous host, had left milk, wine and tea/ coffee for us to use! There was a great map showcasing the walking nearby and the flat itself was great 😊

My husband, toddler and I had a wonderful stay here. Well presented property - accurate photos, immaculately clean, fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable. The area was quiet and peaceful, with shops within short walking distance. Parking spot was a great help! George was very helpful and quick to respond. Would stay again, whenever in the area!

We had a lovely stay here, Nick was an excellent host, greeted us on arrival and very helpful with local info. Nick responded almost immediately to messages and had the pool ready for us to use as and when we requested. The kids had so much fun in the pool, the floats and toys left out to use were an added bonus! House was spotless and perfectly equipped. Would definitely Recommend and would happily return. Our trip was perfect. The accommodation is spotless, well looked after and really modern. It has absolutely everything you need and all the small details have been thought of. It is in a beautiful and quiet location and the hot tub was lovely. Communication with the host was perfect - instructions were super clear and included helpful videos. We were even offered late check out which was so appreciated. Would absolutely recommend and we’d love to come back.

Jane was a brilliant host. Responsive, professional and very friendly. The cottage was clean, had everything you’d need and more! The pool and hot were definitely the highlight! Thank you for a lovely stay :)

Wow what an amazing stay! Our family had the most luxurious stay here. Beautiful surroundings, pristine house and the most maintained beautiful pool we’ve ever been in. The water was perfect temperature and the layout of the house was fantastic with open doors from the lounge out onto the pool side. We definitely will be staying here again for some family time together. Highly recommend

Jan's place was.lovely and cosy it better then expected everything was thought off would of been nice to stay longer has it was so peaceful nice little back yard to enjoy a coffee and a book and peace and quite nice outlook in the morning nice seeing the horses

Host very responsive and helpfill, ther property was lovely, kitchen was well equiped. Beds were clean and comfortable. House was homely and spacious enough for all of us. Have booked again for the this week and hope to stay with you again in the future. Thank you Leanne & team

Just back from a very relaxing break at Pebbles by the Bay. Great location right by the beach. The apartment was really comfortable and had everything we needed for a really lovely break together. Kitchen is really well equipped, and the beds were really comfortable. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, thank you. We all enjoyed it and would visit again. The older people in our party found the steps in and out of the apartment at the front a bit tricky but Angela gave us keys to the back entrance stairs which have a handrail and that was helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Our first Airbnb, it was AMAZING. Sadly only able to stay for two nights. The accommodation was perfect in every way. We didn’t require any of the facilities other than two mugs, a kettle, a bed, and a bathroom as we were in the area to visit relatives for a function, however, there was everything supplied that could possibly be needed for a long holiday. The bedding, and everything else, was spotless. Not a speck of dust anywhere, beautiful white towels. Could not find a single fault at all, and I’m not an easy person to please! Such a peaceful area. Thank you Alison for being such a gracious hostess

I booked this getaway as a birthday present for our dad from my siblings and I. I spoke to Nic and she was great from the get go. As I was not the one who stayed my parents have written their little review. Thank you Nic for a wonderful relaxing time. The apartment was immaculate, modern and the little details were perfect. Everything you would need for a great time away has been thought of by the host. We were blessed with amazing weather so the little courtyard made it wonderful being such a little sun trap! Although we did not meet Nic personally she was contactable and nothing was a bother. We would definitely recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for our stay at Coastal soul.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

What a perfect getaway spot. We wished we had booked a longer stay! Alison has thought of everything to create a welcoming, stylish and comfortable experience inside and out! Highlights were strolling to the pretty pond area, private fire-pit area, blissfully comfy beds, views of fields and beautiful gardens. Added bonus was the on-site blacksmith’s traditional forge run by Alison’s son and husband!! Highly recommended. Thank you Alison!

We have just arrived home after a wonderful short break at Seascape, celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday. Seascape is a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean and it felt like it had been newly decorated and furnished. It’s great to have two levels and two bathrooms. Felt very spacious and incredibly peaceful with the most glorious view. We spotted dolphins out in the bay from the balcony. Highly recommended. By far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. We also enjoyed the cafes and restaurants in St Leonard’s and the walk to Bexhill. Really didn’t want to return to 30 degrees heat in London. Thank you!

We had wonderful stay at Simon and Laura’s apartment. The place was clean and felt really homely. We were able to walk into town for bars and restaurants, but there is also a few coffee shops and cafes at the end of the road which was useful. Very kind and responsive hosts. Thank you :)
