A bicycle garage, bakery and supermarkets within walking distance and a swimming beach complete the experience. Free street parking. The apartment offers a smart TV, Wi-Fi, an equipped kitchen and a rain shower.

Diese top moderne, stilvolle und neu eingerichtete Unterkunft im Herzen Rheinhessens wurde bis Juni 2024 vollständig saniert sowie renoviert und steht ab sofort für unsere Gäste zur Verfügung. Dabei wurde nicht nur eine familiengerechte Einrichtung berücksichtigt, sondern auch Wert auf einen angenehmen Urlaubs-bzw. Arbeitsplatz gelegt. In der Nähe des Rheins, mitten im Naturschutzgebiet gelegen, bietet die Unterkunft einen komfortablen Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten und Erholungssuchende.

Ideal for couples, families and nature lovers. The apartment is pleasantly cool despite hot temperatures.

Welcome to our cozy cottage, the perfect retreat for 4 people. The small kitchen is fully equipped. Ideally located between DA, MZ & WI (near Oppenheim), it is perfect for hiking, biking and swimming. Enjoy the lake view from the covered terrace and private jetty. A fireplace with a grill is available for cozy evenings. Note: Main toilets are 1 minute walk away. The chemical toilet in the cabin is to be cleaned by yourself when used.

Vacation home on the edge of a vacation home area. About 1 km from the nearest village of Sulzdorf. The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake in Lower Franconia (about 17 hectares) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. Core removed by 2017 according to KfW standard and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Previously used as a weekend house and home office. We are new to Airbnb :) .

Modernes Dach-Loft mit offenem Grundriss und Dachterrasse. Mit offener Dacharchitektur unter massiven Holzbalken können hier 2-4 Personen traumhaft schlafen und stilvoll wohnen. Im Dach-Badezimmer mit moderner Hintergundbeleuchtung lässt es sich mit Musik beschwingt duschen, während in der großen Küche schon der Kaffee kocht. Zum Frühstücken lockt die große Ost-Süd-Dachterrasse mit viel Platz.

Das kleine Haus direkt am See zum Entspannen.

Direkt an einem See gelegenes kleines Häuschen mit einem Schlafzimmer und zwei weiteren Schlafmöglichkeiten für bis zu vier Personen. Ausgestattet ist das Häuschen mit einer kleinen Küche und einer Toilette welche während der Sommerzeit geöffneten ist (für den Winter haben wir eine Chemie Toilette). Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und somit nur für euch da.

A70, A7 and A3 - each 15 km, Würzburg, Kitzingen and Schweinfurt each 23 km The vacation apartment is on the first floor. We ourselves live on the upper floor of the house.
