Living in a farmhouse

You will be staying on the ground floor of the converted side building of the farm. Large garden with 2 ponies by a small stream. We produce wood chips for the heat on the farm. Here there are still 20 chickens with fresh eggs every day, 4 goats. Our dog Jule is very sweet. A small sauna and a swimming pool. The terrace, sitting area, fireplace in the garden are free of charge. Costs for sauna in addition €15 per sauna session for 2 people in consultation on site, or bookable is walking with the horses.

The lovingly furnished cottage Charming Cottage 17 with 3 separate floors is located on the edge of the forest and is only a few steps away from a horse farm. The location in the middle of the nature reserve & not far from the famous rock sea in Lautertal welcomes hikers, those seeking peace and quiet, yogis and nature lovers. Shopping & restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, just a few minutes' drive away. There is a large dining table for shared meals. Party groups & dogs NOT welcome

In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.
