In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

The apartment is on the outskirts of Gemmingen-Stebbach. It is equipped with everything you need and more. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, sleeping places could be extended on the sofa bed or crib. In the garden there is a playground with sandbox, slide, pirate deck, trampoline and climbing wall for free use. The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. If you want to use them, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in summer by arrangement.
