The studio apartment is centrally located, only minutes walk to restaurants, the civic centre and shopping. Studio 12 boasts everything one needs for a sleepover, or it can easily be a base for a week or more if needed. The kitchenette offers a mini fridge, an air fryer/toaster, kettle, french press coffee pot and a hot plate for preparing simple meals.

You can walk across the field to the tidal marsh and onto the shingle beach. Guests, hike, bike and bird watch. 7 miles to a local restaurant and 13 miles into Eastport for whale watching, shopping and restaurants and cafes. Lubec is a 45 minute drive away. Your private entrance by keypad. The shared space is the front yard. Your driveway space is yours.

Relaxing rustic cabin on the lake 25 feet from the shore. The fishing is some of the best in the state! Explore the Grand Falls Flowage which adjoins other lakes. The cabin has all amenities, a full kitchen, full bathroom, two bedrooms, a Livingroom, a screened in porch and deck. Along with free use of two kayaks, pedal boat and paddle board. There is large outdoor fireplace, a grill/flat top griddle. We do have dogs so if you have dog allergies then we do not recommend this rental for you.
