Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mairena del Aljarafe

We had a great stay at Juan's place. It was a great area with lots of restaurants near by and close to the canal, and walkable distance to the main square.

Together with my 2 daughters, I had a nice time in the apartment. It looked neat and tidy, with all the comforts. Dale is very neat and quick in communication. By car you are 5 minutes from the metro and you are quickly and easily in the city. Regards Claudia, Anne and Sofie

This location in Seville is perfect, it’s 3-5 min walk to the nearest tapas bars and within 10 mins walk each way you’re at all big touristic places. The appartement itself suits all it needs. We stayed 5 days and enjoyed every second. Recommend!

We have stayed in Triana a number of times but this has been our best stay to date. We are delighted to have found Miguel’s apartment. The apartment is very spacious with all the necessities for a great holiday but the huge terrace and hot tub are fantastic after a long day sightseeing in the city. We loved staying here and will do so again on our next visit to Seville.

Firstly Nicholas is a great host. He makes the effort to communicate much before you arrive. This is a very central place and all walks / tours can be planned easily from here. There is so much to do in Seville that we didn’t get a chance to use the cool outdoor plunge pool more than once but when we return we shall!! The master bedroom is big! Lovely patio area to relax and have drinks Real Alcazar and Seville Cathedral round the corner…. So convenient … lovely walk via canal path to Triana which has nice restaurants. A circular walk from Nicolas’s place - by Canal de Alfonso XIII - Parque de Maria Luisa - Plaza de Espana - into the lovely jardines del Sebastian, past Plaza Don Juan de Austria, skirting Universidad de Seville and then into Murillo Gardens with lovely Oleander trees - through Santa Cruz and back to the place for future guests will emphasise the central location. We had a great time in Sevilla, also thanks to the host's proactivity. We arrived the day of the historic power outage that led to the nationwide blackout in April 2025 and Marisela, Carmen and Fabio put everything in place to ensure a smooth check-in (the doors being fully automated). The apartment had a top equipment and is well located with the entire city center being easily accessible by foot. The immediate surroundings are very cute with many bars, tapas restaurants and pittoresque streets. Great value for money!

The perfect place to stay in Seville - in a fun neighborhood without being loud, close to so many places to eat and drink. Rafa was extremely helpful at check-in, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. I can’t think of anything that would have made it better! Thank you!

Maria and her family were fantastic hosts. They helped us throughout our trip with helpful advice, our requests and fantastic recommendations. Maria made our trip a truly wonderful experience going above and beyond to help out. We cannot wait to return to Seville with all its charm and beauty. We will be recommending Maria’s appartment and would advise anyone to book it. We found it quiet, a short walk to the heart of the city in a lovely safe neighbourhood. The terrace was a wonderful asset to sit for breakfast and after we returned at night We felt it had everything we required, it was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. Even had a hairdryer, washing machine and iron to use. We are planning our return already 👍

This place was the perfect location and right in the heart of Seville. I recommend it for anyone who has a big group and would like to be close walking distance to many major attractions. There is AC in four of the bedrooms, the bottom floor bedroom is off of the garage with no AC and can be a bit noisy at night but the other rooms are away from the hustle and bustle. Lots of stairs between each level so I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues or very young children. The rooftop area was lovely for spending time together in the evenings. Overall, great place with lovely decor and really added to our wonderful experience in Sevilla!

Daniel’s place was perfect! We were right in the center of old Seville. The location was exemplary. The local cuisine was marvelous. Daniel’s apartment is gorgeous. All the rooms were perfectly clean, and the colors of each room really gave us a sense of being distinct but traditional. All the amenities were as described and were in excellent condition. Daniel even made sure we had cold water in the fridge on arrival, a complimentary wine bottle that we enjoyed. Lastly, the view from the 2 leveled roof was straight out of a movie I wish I could give this listing 10 stars! I would definitely come back! Thank you for everything!

The property was amazing, especially for kids. Fantastic amenities, incredible bedrooms. Only thing is if you want privacy from any kids while in the bathroom you have to go to the one by the pool ; ). Would absolutely stay here again in Sevilla!

Rafael is a superb host who has thoughtfully considered every detail. We took public transit with ease every day to see the main attractions, as his suite is a short 5 minute walk to the regular bus route. Loved the location. The house was charming and we felt very secure (double gates and double locks) even though the neighborhood seemed safe. They had air conditioning in each room which was nice on those hot days in Sevilla. Loved the kitchen layout and the overall charm of the house. Our group of 10 felt at home and had lots of areas to congregate. Definitely would recommend.

Very good stay at Anabel's. Charming house, well located and quiet. Seville is easy to access with the bus map provided by Anabel. Nothing is missing in the house. There are multiple small touches to ensure a good stay. Communication went very well. There were 7 of us (2 couples and 3 single people) and we enjoyed having our own room and the 3 bathrooms. I would highly recommend this rental.

Best location ever! Garage parking is a big plus when you are traveling by car, because there is no place to park your car in Seville. Great restaurants right outside your door, and Starbucks is just 1 min walking distance from the apartment. A lot of nice local coffee shops to get the great pastry! Absolutely loved the interior design and apartment furniture, super comfortable beds, and enough storage in the closets. Highly recommend!

It was great, we all did a great job!

We stayed at the apartment for three nights and we loved it. The place was very clean, and the AC units worked perfectly. They let us do the checking a little bit earlier, and the instructions to get were very clear. Absolutely recommend this place if you’re going to visit this beautiful city! I know that if I go back to Seville, I will stay here again

Very nice and comfortable apartment. Although we didn’t get to meet Antonio during our stay, he arranged for someone to meet us and welcome us to his apartment. Communication was great!

The host family was very welcoming, kind helpful. The apartment was perfect for our short time in Seville- the location was super close to grocery stores, restaurants and a short walk to the Plaza de Espana. We would definitely recommend staying here when you're visiting Seville.

Having experienced many types of accommodation, this was the best. Extremely clean. Thick, good sized towels. Excellent washing machine and even a dryer, if needed. Excellent air conditioning. Very well equipped, how often do you find yourself needing to go and buy washing up liquid, laundry tablets, toilet rolls etc on the first day of your holiday? Not here! Bus from airport is 45 minutes to a stop only 7 minute walk to the apartment Location is great to walk into the centre, along the river, to Triana and Macarena areas. Lots of good places to eat. Excellent comms with the host. Would recommend and want to stay there again.
