The total space of the property is very good. The photos are identical to the ad, location for those who want perfect tranquility and peace. My brother was visiting us from Canada, and our plan—just my wife, our 10-year-old daughter, and me—was to get out of São Paulo for the weekend and find a peaceful place to relax. What we found was so much more. The property was instantly welcoming, beautifully located, and completely safe, with the owners living on the same lot (though in a separate house). What really sets this place apart is the owners’ flexibility: they’re happy to give you complete privacy or engage in conversation if you’re in the mood. I really appreciated that balance. Suy, in particular, was incredibly kind, and my daughter grew quite fond of her. This is a place for good people, run by good people. I’d give it six stars if I could.

Great apartment, central & very walkable. The market is literally downstairs. The front desk people -at check in and during our week stay -are kind helpful & very friendly people. Comfortable bed, nice kitchen and good shower. We truly enjoyed!

Great place with comfortable bed and amazing view. Building has very good sauna, gym and pool. It's quite noisy from the big road next to the building.

I loved my stay at Natalia’s place. The building is safe and secure and the room was clean and equipped with absolutely everything I could need! Natalia is the absolute best host you’ll find- she was so so helpful and always responsive when I had questions (and I had ALOT!) I highly recommend Natalia’s place- you’ll feel right at home 😊

Excellent accommodation. The internet signal is very good, I was able to hold work meetings without problems. Very clean space, new appliances and no problems. Super safe location, close to Carrefour, pharmacies and restaurants. I walked everywhere without any problems.

My stay was excellent! The suite perfectly matches the photos: minimalist, cozy and tastefully decorated. The daily cleaning was impeccable, and the breakfast - served in the adjoining restaurant - is plentiful and tasty, a real bonus to start the day well. The location is strategic, with easy access to great restaurants, shops and tourist spots. The host was exceptional: attentive, quick to respond and always ready to help with kindness. Check-in was simple and communication was uncomplicated from start to finish. I would like to highlight the incredibly comfortable bed and the little treats that make all the difference — coffee capsules, chocolates and cookies selected with care. I recommend it without hesitation!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this apartment and will surely book it again! The apartment is as described and located in a nice condo building, with security and great facilities like gym, rooftop, lounge and laundry. The apartment has all the basic things one may need and is close to almost everything! Mini-grocery is right at the front of the building and very close to train station. Ubers are quick to come by as well. I like that the apartment has a balcony too! Close to bars and restaurants too. Security in the building is superb! Most of all, I appreciate Rodrigo's kindness, hospitality and responsiveness. He made my stay really welcoming and was always there for questions. Very flexible and understanding and he gave clear instructions. I was happy to have met him personally even at the last day (thanks for the gift)! I can't wait to come visit SP and book this place again for sure.

The cabin is beautiful, full of details that make you feel at home. Extremely clean and organized, very comfortable. It was an incredible weekend of rest and tranquility, it is a modern and cozy environment. The host Tico is very attentive and kind, and they took great care to leave us reception decorations, a set table and basic hygiene items. We love it, I highly recommend it.

The perfect place to enjoy a wonderful weekend with friends or family. Pamela was extremely flexible with our requests and provided all the necessary information from the beginning. The cabin is cozy, clean and well thought out to receive/host in many details. It has a lot of privacy, very quiet to actually rest! The parking place is outside the property, on the street, which is also very quiet.
