It’s close to the Maitai River, with cycle paths, walks, swimming spots, and picnic areas. There is a private outdoor garden with lounge chairs, a BBQ grill, grapes and feijoas. My place comfortably sleeps two, with an en-suite bathroom. A fold-out chair bed and extra bedding can accommodate a third guest if needed. Enjoy!

Enjoy views of the sea and port hills from the private decks and garden. The ground floor apartment is self-contained, self-catered and has its own private entrance. 1 km from the bus (#4) stop. Walking into Nelson City Centre (downhill): ~15-20 minutes, ~20-25 minutes return (uphill)

It is 10 minutes walk to supermarkets, cafes, takeaways and town . Recently renovated everything is crisp and new with a smart tv and air conditioning . There is outdoor seating and off road parking . We live upstairs and are happy to help you enjoy your time here in Nelson.
