The house has big windows and an old "balaustrada" in the terrace, for this reason the kids are not allowed

La casa está construida a partir de la roca originaria que forma parte del corazón de este espacio. Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
