We highly recommend this place to everyone. Marija is super nice and very accommodating. The apartment is very nicely decorated, everything is very clean and the view from the balcony is fantastically beautiful. From the beach to the apartment it is a bit steep uphill, but even as an unsporty person you can manage the climb. :-) The beach (pebbles) is clean, the water is turquoise with lots of fish and there were always only a couple of people there. There are 2 restaurants, but if you go to the next village (Promanja) - in about 15 minutes' walk - there is another restaurant, a bakery and a small supermarket. We enjoyed the stay very much and will definitely come back!

This is one little paradise. The house is located in a quiet part of the Basine near the town of Vrboska. The apartment has a beautiful view of the sea. During the day, you'll enjoy a courtyard full of flowers and the most beautiful color of the sea. And at night, you'll only hear the waves. This beauty can't be painted so you expect everything to be MUCH MORE BEAUTIFUL than in the pictures.

We had a very nice stay in Petars flat. It was clean, newly renovated and fitted our expectations from the pictures. The communication was uncomplicated.

Thoughtfully decorated with a coastal charm, it offered all the modern amenities we needed while still embracing the laid-back beach vibe. Every room was immaculate, and the large windows allowed the natural beauty of the surroundings to pour in, creating a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. Mornings spent on the spacious deck, sipping coffee while watching the sunrise, were a highlight of our stay. The beach was practically our backyard, making it easy to enjoy a day of sun and wind surf. Ms. Tonka is the perfect host—attentive, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. We felt comfortable in the apartment and especially liked the clean kitchen and living room. By car, you can quickly get to Split, but the surrounding area is also very nice. The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. We definitely recommend the place!

Slavica was outstanding rom the very first moment of booking. Clear and prompt communication throughout with some fantastic local recommendations. The apartment is clean, nicely decorated and it was nice to be given new towels throughout our stay. I would also recommend having a coffee or drink with Slavica and husband Ed. Lovely people with a fantastic story. Would definitely recommend to other friends.

5 stars all the way! Ante is a first class host, and his apartment was great. Inside the walls of the palace, clean, updated, just as the pictures show. Ante arranged transfers for us, had good restaurant recommendations, even stored our luggage for a few hours in his car after checkout! Easy and quick communications too. Will recommend this place to anyone who visits Split!

Apartment was outstanding. It was so relaxing eating our breakfast while watching the ferry’s dock. Lovely spacious rooms and scenic walk into Split centre. Klajdi was an amazing host. He responded immediately to any queries.

The house is as it appears in the photos. House with balcony where you can see the sea. There is parking. The host was very helpful: our request showed up with the solution in less than 10 minutes. It was easy to talk to him. The bedroom is a little small, but in general the apartment is large and comfortable for a family with two children. It has everything you need. In a 10-minute walk you are to the city's main shopping center, in less than 10 you are downtown, in 15 minutes you are on the beach. Always on foot. Recommended

We had a wonderful week in Pisak. Great view of the sea and coast. The bay is directly accessible via a staircase and is fantastically quiet. You have the feeling that everything is prepared with love. The apartment offers everything you need and we felt very comfortable.

Tania’s place is super conveniently located, with most the most popular places only between 10-15 min walk! The apartment was clean and tidy and had some thoughtful touches like candy and bathroom hygiene products. Her communication was also great, being very responsive if I messaged with any questions. The elevator was also much appreciated with a heavy suitcase!!

Ana Maria and her mom were fantastic hosts! Ana Maria welcomed us as if we were family and was always available to recommend restaurants and beaches. The house is just as pictured, quiet and well divided and very close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Bol. Very close to the center of the village and easily reachable on foot. It was a very good place to stay! Beautiful surroundings, close to a beach and with stores within walking distance. Bus connections to central Split was sufficient for our stay, although not the most frequent.

Thank you so much Petar, we had a lovely time in Split. The apartment was basic with everything we needed. It was super clean and tidy. Lots of places to eat and a beach literally across the road. The bedrooms had no aircon, but Petar had fans delivered the next day, greatly appreciated. We also had a very late flight home and he kindly extended our check-out time. Thanks again.

This is an exceptional apartment, split over two levels with first floor bedroom and bathrooms and living and kitchen space above, leading to a large balcony. Yes it is set on a hillside and yes the pathways up from the beach are steep, but the view of the whole bay made the climb worth the effort. The apartment is very modern and bathrooms spotless. The pool is a decent size and whenever we were using it we had it to ourselves. Apartment comes complete with James Bond style hatch opening to the rooftop! There was a mix up with check-in but the owner quickly responded to the message on Airbnb and got it sorted. The apartment is possibly the best equipped we have stayed in with plenty of crockery and utensils and chopping boards etc and plentiful supplies of toilet rolls, linen, towels (for bathrooms and for pool). Driving and parking can be challenging. We will miss our evening BBQs on the balcony watching activity on the water and the sun setting. Book now, you won't be disappointed

Anita was a wonderful host, proactive in her communication and provided very clear instructions (super helpful for us weary travellers many hours delayed on arrival). Her flat is super homely and comfortable and a quick taxi ride into the city. Would recommend

We had an incredible time! The location of the apartment was ideal with less than a 10 minute walk to 3 different beaches! There were multiple supermarkets also in 5 minuet walking distance. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped which was ideal for us as we made most of our food in the house. The apartment is small but perfect for a week’s stay for two people. Thank you Enis!

Elena was a spectacular host. She picked me up at the airport and took me to her home. It was a bit difficult to find the first time as it is on a pedestrian street but we quickly found our way around It is 5 minutes from EVERYTHING.. the beaches , green market, the palace and old town … The patio and pool made a perfect place to relax after a long day sightseeing

Tomislav was an amazing host who kindly allowed us to check in early as our flight arrived sooner than expected. He was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. He and his wife shared a wealth of recommendations for things to do, which was incredibly helpful as it was our first time in Croatia. They were always quick to respond to any questions and consistently offered their help. The property is beautiful and located in a lovely town just outside the center of Split. It’s ideally situated, with Split only about 20 minutes away and Trogir around 15 minutes, which was perfect for us as we wanted to explore different areas. What made our stay truly unforgettable was how they helped me arrange and surprise my partner with a birthday cake. Their thoughtfulness made the celebration really special, and I am so grateful for their kindness. I would highly recommend staying here over a hotel to enjoy a more authentic experience of Split and the surrounding areas. You will not regret it.
