This is a cozy 1LDK single-story house in a quiet villa area, a little away from the gorgeous Niseko ski resort area. The entire building is rented out, like a completely detached two-family house. The host lives next door, so we're here to help if there's anything we can help you with, but we respect your basic privacy during your stay. The building is new and simple. 1 bedroom, 2 beds. You can enter and exit with self check-in and self check-out. Each ski resort in Niseko is within a 20-minute drive. Rusutsu Resort Ski Area is 30 minutes by car. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Roadside Station). If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. Yotei and the ski resort in the distance on a sunny day. It is a quiet villa area on the outskirts of town. You need a car to get to the shops and restaurants. * Notice: From November 1, 2024, an accommodation tax will be introduced in Niseko Town. The nightly rate includes an accommodation tax of 200 yen per person per night.

I'm staying in a tiny house! Niseko Resort is a 15-minute drive away, while Rusutsu Resort is a 20-minute drive away. It is a private house type, and it is a very quiet and relaxing place with a forest in front of you. The room itself is compact but functional It is considered to be compact and reasonable price is also attractive. I think it's perfect for long term stays. Please use it as a base for skiing and snowboarding. In the summer season, you can also enjoy a barbecue. When using the barbecue corner, there is a separate fee of 2000 yen, with a stove, chairs, tables, dishes, and cooking utensils.Please contact us at the time of booking. In the summer season, there is also a trampoline, a slackline, etc. Summer season is from May to mid-October. Toilet, shower room, washbasin, microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, tifar, Wi-Fi, simple cooking utensils are available.
