Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Málaga

It was literally living in a place close to heaven. It’s not only furnished with so much love, but also the attention to detail made it much more special. We were in awe upon our arrival, and found it hard to leave. We would like to recommend it to everyone, but it is so special, that we just might keep this as our best kept secret! From the moment we booked, our hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. They offered excellent recommendations, answered our questions with warmth and patience, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Everything is within walking distance. The way the villa is situated allows you to wake up to the gentle embrace of sunlight streaming through the windows, and ending the day with golden sunsets was pure magic. It is absolutely breathtaking. The thoughtfulness throughout made it easy to settle in and feel completely at ease, as if we were staying with dear friends. A stay so extraordinary, you’ll cherish every moment and never want to leave.

My friends and I had a lovely time staying at Nicola house. We had a spacious room each but really loved the outdoor terrace and rooftop terrace and beautiful views. Nicola provided restaurant and local recommendations and we enjoyed our evening at Restaurant Gabi to celebrate a friends birthday. Very close to everything needed and a very enjoyable stay. Lots of crockery, cutlery etc.. Lots of towels provided which was also appreciated! Drinking water on tap downstairs was great but we did buy bottled water for the upper floors as there is a lot of stairs. There were a few ants around so just something to note so you wrap up any food carefully!

The property is in a very nice location. It is very suitable for relaxing and/or excursions for a few days. Particularly noteworthy is the good amenities. For example, the accommodation has a dishwasher.

The apartment even exceeded our expectations! We had a wonderful time there and would have liked to stay longer. The roof terrace is the absolute highlight. Having breakfast there in the morning or eating in the evening was pure holiday. A new small pool provides the necessary cooling. The apartment is very spacious and equipped with many individual art objects. A special place where you can feel the creativity of Timsam. There is everything you need. Communication with Timsam was very friendly and quick. For us, it was the best location on Airbnb we've had so far. Thanks for the wonderful time!

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful house which has been thoughtfully refurbished and decorated! The house had everything we needed and everything was very well thought out. It’s a perfect place for a relaxing escape while still being in good reach of Velez-Malaga and Malaga itself by car. Our hosts were always very helpful, with excellent communication throughout. They took extra care to make sure that we were okay and had everything we needed during the Spain blackout which was very kind! We would happily come back to stay again!!

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The host was wonderful and made me feel very welcome. The space itself was cozy, comfortable, and really well-appointed, making it a great home away from home. I truly enjoyed my time there and appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. The only minor remark I have is regarding the pool area, which is shared among all guests. It could benefit from a bit more maintenance and cleaning, especially to remove bird residue and ensure it’s in top condition for everyone to enjoy. Overall, a really great experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a cozy and welcoming stay!

I would just like to say this place is amazing and juan is an amazing guy. He let us stay because we had a late flight and never asked us for a pen anymore. This has got to be by far the best place. I've stayed there on all my trips around Europe staying at Airbnb's. juan was so helpful given us a device where to eat where to go for Days out his place was so clean fresh and just felt like Home I will be definitely coming back to stay here and I would strongly recommend anyone who's thinking in the coming to this part of Spain to stay at this place my wife and kids after 10 days, don't want to go home all I would like to say to juan yes thank you so much and I loved staying at your place. Apartment was indeed amazing! Just like on the photos: all is neat and clean, and the view is splendid with beach only 5 minutes away. There's everything inside that we needed for a perfect vacation stay. Eduardo is a very friendly and helpful host, highly recommend this location!

My wife and I just spent an amazing 15 days at Casa Folimanka. When we arrived tired from an overnight flight, Javier was at the front gate to meet us. He and Lorraine gave us a comprehensive tour of the features of the property. The interior has beautiful floors, flawless tile-work, modern appliances and two sizeable bathrooms each equipped with double vanities and stunning showers along with two fully-equipped bedrooms. The exterior has a spacious yard, great views of the sea and various spaces to lounge, eat and soak up the sun. The property is also very well secured with plentiful activities close by in all directions. The Casa has everything that you could ever need for your holiday, yet it does not feel at all cluttered. The support that we received from Lubomir and team was first rate with quick responses when we couldn’t find things and excellent recommendations for local dining and activities. They really made us feel welcome and special during our stay. 5 stars all around!

Fantastic cosy home. Very well equipped with everything we needed. The location is brilliant, very close to the beach and has lots of great bars and restaurants and a big local food market. It is easy to get to the Old Town using buses or metro or walking. Pedro is a great host. He was very quick to respond and was always helpful. This is the place to stay if you want to experience local Malaga life.

The apartment was just like in the photos. We communicated with Melanie, who was very kind at all times. She recommended places in Torremolinos and they were very good experiences. She was very kind and the apartment has a spectacular view. If I were to return to Torremolinos, I would not hesitate to book with them again. The equipment is very complete and the essentials to be in the apartment are there, it also has umbrellas, chairs and towels for the beach. It's super equipped.

Very nice apartment with roof top terrace and great views of the sea. The host was very attentive and we even had an early check in which was a real bonus. Apartment was a bit out of the way but bus stop walkable and so easy to use to get to the marina. You need the 110 M which is 1 euro 60. Apartment was spotless, coffee, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel all provided. Plenty of fresh towels and beach towels. The only negative is the fact that there’s building work going on so the roof terrace wasn’t that private unless you put the umbrella up. Overall though we had a great stay and it was very peaceful. Supermarket is at the bottom of the road so very convenient for shopping.

We loved staying at Javi’s apartment. The location was perfect and it was very child friendly. The apartment itself was not only spotless and well equipped, but also very stylish, even more beautiful than the photos - and it smells amazing! Javi was a great host - excellent communication, helpful and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome, send local recommendations, and check in with us throughout our stay. This place is amazing! From the moment we booked Larissa and Raf. Were helpful and kind. Even after we checked in they still were so helpful. The photos do not compliment this house enough. It’s epic. The area and house was so clean. Nice size bedrooms ,bathrooms etc. massive living area. Outdoor space is great. Even the additional outside kitchen area with bbq. The pool is clean. Just a bit cold. We went end of April. The garden gets lots of sun 🌞 The area itself is quiet and 5-10min walk to local supermarkets. 20 min in a uber to Malaga I would highly recommend this house You sometimes find a place you feel comfortable to live in and would go back at the next opportunity. This is it. Thnx for making our holiday perfect.

This was our 2nd visit as we loved the villa the first time. Andrew & Karolina are so helpful and always available. Everything was spotless and we felt right at home. Helena who does check in is not only flexible, we asked her to do a little shop for us as we were arriving late. You couldn’t ask for a nicer villa and more fantastic hosts. We will definitely go again.

Aitana was very helpful. She helped us with the booking. I arrived late. She received me with a smile, wine, water, coffee and more. She is young but has compassion of a senior and she gave me a warm welcome. The house has more than I expected. Everything in the house is well thought of. Very tasteful decorated. It feels homey and warm. Nice lighting and furniture. A fireplace. Clean spaces. Soap, shampoo and shower gel. Luxury towels. I enjoy the view from the balcony over the sea. The sunsets are amazing. At night you see a banner of twinkling lights in the distance. The area is quiet. It is in a gated community. We can park the car at street level (upper floor) but we can als park a floor below. Which is unique! Both floors can be run independently from each other. It’s about 10 min by car to the beach. And 5 min buy car to shopping mall. We definitely recommend! Grateful for being here. This is our second time staying in one of Carlos’ villas and it will definitely not be our last. The villa is incredible. We were a group of 12 and there was plenty of room for everyone. All bathrooms were ensuite and the rooms were all great sizes. The house is incredibly well stocked anything at all that you could think of needing it’s there. Carlos is so easy to communicate with and provides great local recommendations. Would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone.

Alfredo and Lydia welcomed us very well. Communication was very easy. We will be very happy to spend our holidays in this accommodation again.
