A short drive to Josh winery, golf courses and PEI Ferry. Only 1.5 hour drive to Halifax Int. airport and PEI Confederation Bridge. Additional space may be available if desired, including RV hookup. Note: Beach access (see pics for details) is at bottom of lot, cross small bridge, then left, straight to beach.

The 150 year old handhewn post and beam seaside Cottage is a year-round 600 square foot quiet getaway. Relax around the Fire Pit after spending your evening in the Hot Tub. Our rustic cottage features a vineyard with private access to the beach that guests are free to explore. Enjoy the warm waters of the Strait and explore the many tidal pools and sandbars and hunt for fossils which in the nearby cliffs. Many shore birds frequent the area as well as the occasional seal bobbing in the ocean.

The covered veranda off the front of the cottage provides you with stunning views of the tidal river and a private hot tub overlooks the river as well. Swim, boat, float, whatever you wish, the river awaits! We also have a motorized floating picnic table for rent if you'd like to explore the river some more.

A somewhat stony, rocky shoreline at tide, but fairly nice sandy beach at low tide, perfect for wading, strolling, and swimming (at your own risk).
