Family-friendly holiday rentals in Malate

Had an enjoyable stay at Tessie's place. The apartment is located just a stone's throw away from The Westin Hotel and Residences Manila and Shangri-la EDSA Hotel. Both 5 star luxury hotels located in premier city addresses all over the world.

Had another great months stay at Becky's condo. Was met by Annie and her family for check in. Did not have to contact host once during my stay as everything went smoothly. Great spacious apartment with great views and in the perfect location on top of Robinson's Shopping Centre. I cannot recommend Becky's apartment highly enough as it's the perfect place to stay when in Manila. I'll keep on going back.

We are a repeat guests over and over. Ms Ida’s unit is one of our favorite airbnb place. It has become our go to. But unfortunately, her studio is not always avail. It’s always booked and it’s not surprising to my daughter and I. The bed is super comfy!!! The location is perfect, super quiet, very clean and just so perfect for two♥️ Huge thanks to Ms Ida and her caretaker cleaner, Ate Luz for making our stay so spot on!

Nad's Place Manila is a great place, the facilities are good the place is cozy perfect for any kinds of gatherings the host is responsive and the staffs are nice and responsive to our needs during our stay. its been fun staying in your place and more power to you.

Sustain: - great communication with hosts - optional parking space close to elevator - inviting and attentive reception staff - incredible helper provided for check in - 5 star location and property is very tidy - pool is serviced daily - instructions for laundry are clear and unit works great - beds are restful and clean, smell great - bathrooms are well maintained and clean - air conditioner in rooms work well - silverware and cooking set provided is good - competitively priced for location - overall 4.5 / 5 stars! improve: - listing instructions are clear but I suggest directional bearings (N, S, E, W) - address provided for listing is incorrect and taking Grab or a taxi will send you behind the building entrance. - air conditioner in common area is quite chilly even set to higher temperatures. - main door to balcony has a pinch point flaw with locking mechanism, suggest to service door or update instructions to tilt handle upwards before engaging lock.

very close to greenbelt and a nice little park. not a very busy area and lots of good resturaunrs near by.

We were a group with small children and the space worked out perfectly for us. It's a true 3-bedroom condo. The space was clean. A/C worked in all the rooms. Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive to all our needs and gave great recommendations. The property itself was in a great location. It was walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and a shopping center. Most importantly, we felt safe. Although, if you are a light sleeper, I'd suggest bringing a noise machine. Two of the rooms have windows that face the main street and the noise can be loud all hours of the night. Otherwise, this was a great property.

Loved our stay at Rd’s place in BGC! Super clean, comfy, and in a perfect location—close to everything. Rd was really responsive and made everything easy. Would definitely book again!

I had a great stay at Laarni’s place! Check-in was super easy, and the host was very responsive throughout the entire process. The home was spotless, smelled great, and had a beautiful interior design that made it feel cozy and inviting. The location was convenient and in a safe, pleasant neighborhood. The place came fully stocked with complimentary towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, everything I needed was already there. What really stood out were the entertainment features. The projector and game consoles were a fantastic bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the value was excellent, and I felt I got more than what I paid for. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

good location, a good walk to all prime spots in the area, host is very responsive, sent very clear instructions prior to check in, concierge and security were pleasant.

Nestor is friendly and meticulously gave us an orientation of his place. We enjoyed the night market and food trucks in the neighbourhood. Shang and Megamall are within walking distance and big dog friendly. The condo is also big dog friendly which is kinda rare in the neighbourhood. Thank you for letting us stay! We had a good time!

when we arrived at Jun's place after being stuck in China for 24 hours we felt straight at home... the place is really homey. it's like a home away from home. everything you need... it's all there. the place is near everything and everywhere... just across the street is the edsa shangri-la mall and a few more steps away is the megamall. there's a live band and food stalls that starts from Friday till Sunday and lots of different restaurants and shops near too. when you get inside the condo you are greeted by a smiling security guard and friendly receptionist that would greet you anytime of the day. also, they now have a rif card so it makes you feel more secured than before. Joanne is also really friendly and easy to contact... we came home late one night and when we get to the door... the key broke and luckily Joanne is there to the rescue. she managed to send us a duplicate key ASAP... thank God for lalamove. we had the key copied the next day and left it with the other keys.

This will be our fave unit in taguig! Spacious, really felt at home and clean. Alfonso also responds fast on our queries. Parking and the access on elevator from it is definitely a PLUS!! Check in and out time is A BIG PLUS for us, its hard to find a unit like this. We really like this unit and will definitely book here again!❤️

We loved the thoughtful touches, like the stuff for my infant. The stay was comfortable. Multiple 7/11 around the area, Watson across the street. Forbes Town is 2 min walk. Bonifacio stop over is like 2min away as well. St Lukes is 5-7 min walk. Pretty much a great place, near everything you need for your stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay Ms. Mirriam, we'll definitely be back! Highly recommend this property!

My family had a great fantastic stay in this place not just once but three times. Will definitely book for the fourth if they will be back in Manila. Everything was great from the communication to the stay. The house is well organized, has privacy and cozy. I will 100% recommend the place.

Second time staying at Jeryl's place and it was as good as the first. It's hard to find a reason to not choose his place, without being nitpicky, if you want a decent place to stay at around Makati area. The bnb is clean and spacious and is located close to lots of restaurants and convenience stores. The one nitpicky issue I had was that I found the security was a bit too strict sometimes. You need an RFID card in order to go through the door to access the elevators but you don't get one if you're a guest so you'd have to always ask the security guards to open the doors for you which can be a bit annoying especially when you're going out of the building since you'd have to knock on the door and hope for the guards to hear you or wait for other tenants to tap their cards and open the door. On the positive side, it does feel really safe and secure knowing that the building security is strict. 10/10 would book again 😛🤙💯

Stayed here for 7 days. The host is very accommodating and responsive to me. The place is really worth its price. On my last day, I had to check out late since I still had a duty and the host willingly let me stay there till 7pm without extra pay. Thank you so much. I really felt at home during my stay.

It was really amazing being in this place, is very well located near of so many places of interest, the cleanliness of the places is a perk. The building facilities make way much better your stay. We did stay 1 month in this place and we really felt and treated like home. The view is amazing. The host is always available, accurate, and caring. Im really short words on regards of mg experience here. We will return DEFINITELY!! It is a perfect place for long staying. The bed is comfortable and clean. The apartment configuration is comfortable.

Amazing Staycation Place indeed! This Airbnb (Suite De Padua) was perfect! Super clean, beautifully decorated, and very cozy. The host was friendly and quick to respond. The location was great—peaceful but close to everything. The bed was comfy, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the WiFi was fast. I especially loved the easy check in process. No hassle at all 👍❤️ Instructions are super clear! Overall, a fantastic stay! Highly recommend and would love to come back.
