Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Malden

The price point I felt was very fair since they didn't have a kitchen sink/dishwasher/stove. The listing was spacious compared to every other place we looked at for double the price point, and the bed was extremely comfortable! Host was super responsive and kind. Also, LOVED the easy check-in/check-out process. Compared to the complications of the city Airbnbs, this was absolutely seamless and the easiest Airbnb I've ever accessed. The town was cute, and the food we had was great, but it's not super walkable to the places we could go to (I have celiac disease, so those were a little further out). The lyfts into the city weren't too long of a ride at all, and one of the drivers even mentioned that we could just lyft to the nearby casino (8 min drive) and take a FREE boat shuttle right into the city!! Well worth it. Shuttle only runs after 4pm, however.

Perfect set up for our crew; were in Boston from CA to celebrate a graduate. Home was centrally located to all of our festivities and worked out great.

This beautiful Melrose, MA is a gem! Owner, Beth is incredibly friendly, organized and helpful - quick to respond to any request. Her home is absolutely beautiful and incredibly clean and inviting. It’s exactly as described and much more! We spent four days here due to our daughter’s graduation in Cambridge. The home is conveniently located to the T, especially the orange line which is just a few minutes away by car. The neighborhood is charming and quiet. Book it! Our rental was roomy with 6 adults and slept comfortably with bedrooms were big and roomy. The coffee station was great with everything we needed. William was there to greet us and allowed us an early check in to drop off luggage before enjoying the area. Lots of towels and toiletries. The place was very clean and enjoyed the snacks. Thanks.

This is my second time staying at Elina & Jack's Airbnb, and it continues to be a fantastic experience! The location is great—close to everything, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The space is consistently clean and well-kept, making it a comfortable place to relax after a busy day. I’ve had great stays here in the past and will be booking again the next time I’m in town. Marybeth’s home was exactly what me and my family wanted. We wanted a cozy place far enough from the city, but close enough to easily drive into Boston. Since I like to cook, I was immediately impressed with the kitchen and all its ammenities. I did not want for a single kitchen tool or appliance. Everyone commented on how the beds felt - warm and comfortable. Loved the back yard and the grill. Great communications. Easy check-in and easy check-out. Highly recommend Marybeth’s BnB.

Beautiful space that’s close to Boston. It was the perfect location with a lot of available parking. We enjoyed being so close to Boston without having to pay to park. Carmen is a great host.

We enjoyed our stay!!! The place was great and my son commented on how comfortable the beds were . The street is a little noisy but they provided sound machines that helped drown it out .20 min drive to Salem and 30-45min drive to Boston depending on traffic . Lots of restaurants and coffee nearby .

We loved their place and the location right on the beach and in the sea wall . Got great pics of waves hitting the seawall. Close to alll Boston and Salem locations . Had a great time apt was beautiful and Carol and John left fridge for us fully stocked with milk juice drinks and food . Couldn’t ask for more . We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub Grest place to stay

Had everything we needed, was really comfortable and a great place to explore the area from. Highly recommended and will be back if we are looking to stay in the area again.

Lucia was wonderful to work with. She was quick to give us tips for our trip - having never been to the Boston area. We were very intimidated about the public transportation but Lucia put our mind at ease. Her place felt very safe - even walking from the bus stop at 11pm after a baseball game. Only a few minutes from the bus stop that takes you right into Boston. We used the buses or subway to get all over Boston and it was very easy to navigate from Lucia’s place. The place was clean and quaint. It provided a nice place to relax at the end of a busy day.

What a wonderful apartment! Meri and Jeff have gone out of their way to immaculately maintain a very cozy and gorgeous space for guests! The location is perfect to explore the neighborhood and we thoroughly enjoyed the long walks by the beach, which is so close by. We will certainly come back again!

The house is well-set up to accommodate guests. The neighborhood is safe, residential and with free-lines streets. Near Arnold Arboretum it is a beautiful area. The bathroom and bedroom are really clean and clutter-free which was so refreshing to experience! Anna is incredibly responsive and even when I needed assistance in the early morning hours she was available. And when I returned home late one evening on an unseasonably hot day she offered to turn on he air conditioning and then proceeded to install a window unit in the room in less than 19 minutes. She made great coffee in the morning and provided many suggestions for transport and getting around generally; and she walked me to the nearby bus stop on my first morning in the house. The house is large enough to house multiple guests simultaneously but I hardly overlapped with them. I’m very appreciative for the pleasant experience.

Anna is such a friendly and professional host, we had a wonderful stay! We will definitely come back next time when visiting Boston.

Our stay at Anna and Samuel’s place was exactly what we were looking for. It was quiet and peaceful and within driving distance of the city. It was clean and comfortable. The hosts were responsive and could easily any questions we had. We will definitely consider staying there again.
