The house was absolutely stunning! Paula was an amazing host—responsive, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful old trees that gave it privacy and charm. The home itself was spacious with a wonderful open-concept layout. One of our favorite features was the kitchen dining area, where the large sliding doors opened up to the outdoor patio and pool area—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The backyard ofcourse was the star. The house had a few quirks, as homes sometimes do, but Paula was quick to answer any questions and made everything easy. My family loved our time there and we’ll definitely be back on our next trip down to UY!

Well appointed house and beautifully landscaped a short walk from the beach

The house is wonderful, exactly as in the pictures. Quiet, cozy place. Beautiful! It's certainly a place we plan to come back to. The condominium, although super quiet and reserved, is close to the best restaurants, and also not far from downtown Punta Del Este. We love it. We recommend the home for family and friends trips, including with children. It was wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and cozy house. From the first moment, Mariana was super attentive and flexible, always willing to help us with everything we needed. He gave us clear directions to get there, recommended where to buy firewood, which supermarkets were nearby, and was attentive to every detail to make us feel comfortable. The house is very nice and is equipped with everything you need to rest and enjoy. The wood stove was a great plus: it heated all the rooms perfectly, and thanks to that we didn't feel cold at all. The views from the house and the peaceful surroundings make the experience even more special - a true respite. It was a beautiful experience, which we will remember with great affection. We will definitely be back soon.

Excellent views. Very comfortable house, with everything you need and excellent equipment. It is located in a very quiet area. It has almost no neighbors and that gives a lot of privacy. Beautiful house in an excellent natural environment, with pleasant walks along a glen, with a water well and a small dam. The house has high-performance stoves in each room. The kitchen is spacious and includes a good clay oven, very useful for those who like to cook pizzas, breads and/or braised meats. Oh, and they leave you a very good stock of firewood. The first aid kit is a nice touch, considering that you are a long distance from any medical center, and that sometimes there are guests who have a tendency to put their face in the path of a drone. Juan is very attentive and communicative. The stay included a visit from a priest asking us where the mass was, which was in the house next door. We will definitely be back

The experience of staying at Nicolas' property was excellent. The photos are just like the house, everything very neat, details taken care of to the maximum. Nicolás is an excellent host, responding quickly, making the stay easier. The environment is very cozy, the house has everything you need to spend a very pleasant few days. Pablo's house is literally SPOTLESS, the photos of the house look nice, but to live it is even better! Both Pablo their owner, and Paola, are wonderful hosts, always attentive to inquiries, very helpful, flexible at check-in. Magazine decorated, with the luxury of a 5-star hotel but with the warmth of a home. Equipped with everything new, spacious, comfortable, clean, neat, with everything you need for your stay and top notch. The huge grill, with firewood to make asado right away and enjoy the cosy garden outdoors. The place is quiet, with permanent security and with the practicality of having in front of one of the best beaches of Arenas de José Ignacio. Kids club 50 meters from the house, with games of Plaza, Tyrolean, Football Canchita, and very nice pool. An immense pleasure as Pablo and Paola received us, thank you totally to both for your hospitality! A house to return whenever we go to José Ignacio, 100% recommended!!

Leonardo always responded very quickly to questions. The house is beautiful with everything you need to spend a divine vacation! Super heated; a beautiful sun comes in all day! Very good cleaning! Across the street, there is a well-kept square with a soccer field, which fascinates my children. We would be back for sure!

We had a beautiful weekend. The house is as it appears in the photos, very cozy and surrounded by nature. What we highlight most is the stove that heats the entire house. We really enjoyed the fenced-in background and the deck with our dog. Lua was very kind and attentive, allowing us to check out later. The instructions given were very clear and useful.

Our stay was very good. The house really beautiful as seen in the photos. There are two modules on one side is the kitchen and living room and in the other space are the rooms, bathrooms and the laundry room. In the middle is the terrace with the grill and the pool. The pool for afternoons is ideal. All the spaces are very comfortable, we were two families and we managed to share when we wanted to share and have privacy when we wanted privacy. It's on the beachfront, absolute comfort. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, paradores and supermarkets. It is also super equipped. Nothing is missing. The only thing is that it does not have WI-FI. We look forward to returning soon.

It was a real privilege to stay at Paula's home in José Ignacio. Paula was helpful throughout the whole process and made us feel welcome both in the home and in José Ignacio. The home is in the middle of beautiful nature creating a complete feeling of tranquility. Anything you need is a short drive from the house, supermarket, restaurants and of course the beautiful beach. I would 100% recommend anyone that is interested in visiting José Ignacio to consider Paula's place.
