Brand new apartment, very complete and in an excellent location.

Very comfortable for one or two people. Accessible on foot or by car, in front of a supermarket and blocks from the beach.

We loved our time in this lovely apartment. The view can’t be beat, and Dora and Sebastian were lovely and helpful.

Sandra was an exemplary host. We had an inconvenience due to a storm, due to a fortuitous situation, and she was always very attentive to us. I sincerely thank her and the husband for that tolerance and kindness. Thank you very much and look forward to coming back!

The apartment is perfect for two people, very complete. The view is unique. Magnificent. The double window perfectly isolates noises and crackers. It is ideally located xa to go for a walk and walk x the port on foot. The owners are very friendly, willing to solve any need. I would go a thousand times again, I highly recommend it.

Excellent location 2 blocks from the beach and 3 from La Pastora shopping mall (which has it all). The place is super quiet and parking the van does anyone. Cleanliness is another point to highlight, everything is clean and very tasteful. At night the stove gives you a warmth that you want to stay one more night. 10 points everything! The apartment is comfortable and very well located, close to restaurants and steps from the Rambla. Although we were not in beach season it is a very nice area to go for a walk. Carlos was very friendly and attentive to our queries and suggestions

We had an exceptional stay at Santi's house near Santa Mónica. The house is a few steps from a super-quiet beach, so perfect for families and groups seeking a serene getaway. The house has everything you need for a beach holiday (eg, chairs, umbrellas etc). It's quiet/private, but still only a 10 minute drive to Jose Ignacio or 25 mins to La Barra. But the highlight of our experience was Santi, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, and answered in seconds when we needed anything. We'll stay again. Thank you!

Our stay was very good. The house really beautiful as seen in the photos. There are two modules on one side is the kitchen and living room and in the other space are the rooms, bathrooms and the laundry room. In the middle is the terrace with the grill and the pool. The pool for afternoons is ideal. All the spaces are very comfortable, we were two families and we managed to share when we wanted to share and have privacy when we wanted privacy. It's on the beachfront, absolute comfort. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, paradores and supermarkets. It is also super equipped. Nothing is missing. The only thing is that it does not have WI-FI. We look forward to returning soon.

We loved our stay at Anne's place. It's perfect for two couples since it has two bathrooms. We loved that there are two patios, one for the morning coffee and asado, and the other for evening cocktails and watching the stars. Highly recommended!

I've been to a number of AirBNBs around Uruguay in the last couple years. This is the first one where we opted for a second booking. Natacha is wonderful. It is a beautiful home and we love it. The electric kettle lid is difficult to pop open, but beyond that, its hard to come up with any down sides to this property. It felt a little less private than the first time, as I think the neighbors have cleared some foilage on their property. But, all in all, this gem was just as wonderful the second time as the first! Very nice apt, within the Complex that stands out for its services. Barbara is very friendly, with a lot of initiative of recommendations and to facilitate everything!

Estadia was great. Spectacular view. Affectionate reception, with lit and aromatic candles. What we need, was answered promptly. Useful information is that there is no hair dryer, local voltage is 220v. But other utensils have all, super complete kitchen. It has ironing facilities and bed linen. We felt at home.

We spent almost a month in this beautiful apartment, where we felt at home. The location, steps from the sea and in one of the most beautiful areas of Punta del Este, is fabulous. Lelio was very kind and Wilton, the manager, was extremely warm and decisive. Ester, the lady who cleaned the apartment, was also very attentive.

Had an amazing few days here. The place is beautiful and the terrace is amazing especially with the warm weather. Great location close to the beach, but also places to relax and swim on the complex if you’re feeling lazy. Hope to be back :)
