The apartment has everything you need. The location is fantastic, better than I expected, as it is super central, close to the sea (you can see it from the window) but it is not noisy. The bed is very comfortable. An added value is the communication with Vivian and Martin, since I had a problem and they showed all the interest in helping me on a Saturday morning. They are very kind, professional and seek your well-being in the apartment. Totally recommended.

Very spacious apartment, in impeccable condition, very well equipped. An incredible view of the sea, very enjoyable. Huge bathroom. Bedrooms with large closets, comfortable beds and impeccable bedding. Quiet and well insulated. The alphanumeric access to the apartment and magnetic access (with 2 keys provided) to the building facilitated independent movement for my wife and me. Very good location. At first, if you are not used to the area, it may seem far away, but in reality you can get to 18 de julio and ejido in 10 minutes on foot, two steps from the rambla and very easy to get around by car as well. A decently stocked supermarket is literally just a few steps away from the building. Very easy access parking, at street level, spacious for maneuvering and the assigned space is huge (actually there are two, because the one next to it, against a wall, is canceled and you can take advantage of that space). Playground at the door of the building, highly recommended for children. Very friendly and responsive host. We'll definitely be back.

Everything was excellent. Very tidy and perfect for a short stay in Montevideo.

I usually stay in this neighborhood. This apartment building is one block from the Rambla, so I found myself walking along the Río de la Plata almost every night. You can even see the river from the apartment! The iron and ironing board was a nice bonus (this was a work trip for me). If you stay here, check out the market in the park in front of the building on Saturday mornings. Lots of restaurants and cafés in walking distance. Colleagues who came to pick me up for dinner had no trouble finding the building.

All spotless! Spectacular ocean view with terrace. Very comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Everything worked perfectly. Beach service, tennis court, very good gym, heated pool, quincho and outdoor pool. In front of the mansa beach! Ivi always attentive! Thank you so much! A few divine days!

The location is great, you can walk to the "center" where are the places for dinner, beach. As we stayed in winter the two markets that are a block away were closed but in season it is great to have them so close! the beautiful view both day and night we had a great time! thanks!

We had an exceptional stay at Santi's house near Santa Mónica. The house is a few steps from a super-quiet beach, so perfect for families and groups seeking a serene getaway. The house has everything you need for a beach holiday (eg, chairs, umbrellas etc). It's quiet/private, but still only a 10 minute drive to Jose Ignacio or 25 mins to La Barra. But the highlight of our experience was Santi, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, and answered in seconds when we needed anything. We'll stay again. Thank you!

The house, the location and the service of both Viviana and Santiago were excellent, always available and at the same time very discreet. Maria was kind enough to meet us at the apartment and explain how things worked. The building itself is a bit old but the apartment is in great condition. Well lit, spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and organized when we arrived and the apartment had everything we needed from towels, hair drier and toiletries to pots and pans for the ocasional meal at home.

Great and safe location, spacious home with great view of the beach!
