This accommodation is in all respects consistent with the description and photos. It is new, very clean, very quiet and really very well located. The city center and restaurants are nearby, there is no need to take your car. We would recommend this listing for a stay in Brive.

Mr. Harrati, the building's caretaker, was very responsive and friendly. Luc and Flavie gave very precise instructions, even adding a link to see the nearby activities. The apartment is very welcoming, although it still lacks some basic items in the kitchen. The stay was no less pleasant, and I highly recommend this apartment, which also has excellent bedding.

Ideally located close to the city center and close to the train station, the apartment is very clean and tastefully arranged. I recommend it.

The apartment is very well located—everything is within walking distance (shops, restaurants, etc.). It’s clean, the beds are comfortable, and the balcony is amazing! The only minor issue is that the curtains let in a bit too much light—I prefer darker ones for sleeping. The concierge was kind enough to let me check in early, which I really appreciated. Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived, Sandrine and Patrick made us feel very much at home in their attractive gite. We enjoyed relaxing peacefully by the stream that runs through the beautiful garden. The location is perfect for walks in the surrounding countryside and trips by car to nearby medieval villages. Highly recommended.

This couple is very available, welcoming and discreet. It's more than just a simple room since we had our total independence with private bathroom, kitchenette and living room. All in a very quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend it!

We took a break at Jérémy and Cédric's during our road trip with my spouse, our daughter and our two dogs... and what a break! 😍 Upon our arrival, we were greeted with incredible kindness. Jérémy and Cédric are exceptional, warm and caring hosts. (Just like with their three adorable dogs) The accommodation is impeccable and you immediately feel at home. Between the pool, the jacuzzi, the relaxing setting, and even a small aperitif shared in the evening, everything was there for a perfect moment. Again, thank you for this beautiful break. Great experience. Raphaelle was very pleasant and responsive. Her goal is for us to have a good stay and the goal was achieved! The place is clean and quiet, you can even enjoy the garden to observe the chickens or fish (which fascinated our 2 year old). Thank you to our host, we will definitely come back on our next visit to Périgord!
