Really the perfect place to be quiet, double glazing with blinds. Clean condominium, 1min from the pool and the beach. Comfortable mattress. Just a small bedside lamp in the bedroom to make an even more cozy atmosphere. Thank you so much for being so available for us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lauras place – everything is really cozy, clean and well equipped. Couldn`t have been better! The location is great and Laura always helpful, an absolute Superhost. Also the beach is beautiful and you can enjoy breakfast at the balkony with sea view. :) We would always come back.

Best place we have stayed! The place was so well looked after and we were helped with anything we needed. You can find out about all the hidden gems of durres as well as the simple things for convenience like shops etc. The balcony has such a beautiful view and as nice as the pictures are of this place it is all even more beautiful when you arrive. Super cozy apartment for a long stay, a couple of things to keep in mind tho - there is a private yard right below the apartment, so get prepared to wake up to chiken wishing you a good morning in the loudest way 😅 Kitchen was equipped with everything you may need to prep a meal, lots of dishes and utensils to use so it was great. The bathroom could use some renovating since there was some mold in the shower + some random appearing small insects. Bedroom was fine, lots of spaces to keep your things at (one wardrobe door is missing tho, lol). All in all, the location is perfect and the apartment was totally worth the money. So despite the small room for improvement, would totally recommend staying here!
