Come and enjoy this stunning villa located 300 m from the port of Dahouët, 500 m from Port Morvan beach, and 5 minutes from the large beach of Pléneuf-Val-André. The house consists of a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, living room, dining room, toilet, large bedroom with shower, and a terrace with furniture. Upstairs: bathroom, toilet, and three bedrooms, all equipped with TVs. Sheets and towels are available for an additional fee.

Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.
