Had a wonderful stay here! The owner was fast and responsive, making check-in and any questions super easy. The room was clean, well-organized, and felt just like home—with everything from complete utensils to free water and instant coffee. It’s conveniently located near Tabaco City with lots of food spots, laundromats, and even banks nearby. Even though there were a few minor brownouts and water interruptions due to local maintenance, I still enjoyed my stay—the owner even personally came by to turn on the backup water, which I really appreciated. Bonus points for the comfy bed, free parking for my rental car, and fun card games to unwind at night!

The host was very responsive even the caretaker. The place was cozy! It had everything we needed and it was clean and tidy. It was a bit rainy during our stay so we were not able to enjoy the outdoor amenities. The solar lights didn’t light up too so it was dark outside at night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back again.

I have booked a few AirBnbs in Europe and Asia already and Hilda and Dhal provide by far the best hospitality I have ever had. Both really care about their guests and their well being. So whenever I had a question or a request Hilda and Dhal found a solution very fast and uncomplicated. The enviroment is most of the time pretty quiet. Especially during the night. Dhal keeps the rooms and the building super clean. And the room got everything that is important for daily life. The balcony spends enough so its comfortable to sit outside during the day. This place also has an electric generator so power blackouts are not a problem at all. There are also Sari Sari stores close by. A few of them even sell fresh veggies. It takes a 10 minutes walk to get to 7 Eleven and to get to LCC supermarket it takes 5 minutes with bike. Foodpanda also provides a few restaurants here. I highly recommend this AirBnb. But be warned: you might settle down here for more then 6 months like I did 😅😁
