Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Mallacoota

This place surpassed our expectations for a girls weekend in a location we hadn’t explored before. This place was so cozy and the beds and linens were amazing. We had a fantastic time sitting by the fire and relaxing. Couldn’t recommend more for a couple of friends or a couples weekend. Look forward to returning with Hubby and enjoying this house and region again. Thanks for such a providing a really comfy, warm eclectic experience.

Thank you for a chilled weekend. We enjoyed seeing the kangaroos and dolphins and a dip in the ocean. The drive down from Narrawallee was beautiful. A highlight on the drive back was a stop at The Oyster Farmer’s Daughter in Narooma, the hospitality service there was really lovely.

We fell in love with the photos of BoxHouse… then our expectations were exceeded! Hands down one of the best AirBnB experiences we’ve ever had. Liz is the perfect host: so friendly & caring, providing quality, thoughtful touches throughout the property. Everything in the home & at the property is of the highest standard, we were so comfy & cozy & spoilt over our winter long weekend stay. Highlights were the sunrise from the loft bedroom, the local kangaroos & birds, grilling on the bbq, reading & sipping a cup of tea as sunlight poured through the huge windows, yoga & cheese platters on the sun-drenched porch - everything was pure bliss! The home is so unique & interesting & we loved reading about the build & the town of Tanja in the books provided. We had a 5+ star experience & highly recommend a stay at the gorgeous BoxHouse.

We came to the area for my son's wedding. Tristan's cottage was in the perfect spot. We loved the cosiness of the place, the quiet, and the surrounding landscape. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We would’ve liked to have some shampoo etc in the bathroom, but it wasn’t a problem. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for our group. Spacious with all you could need. One of our guests left something behind and they contacted us to return by post. Will hopefully stay again.

My kids and I have enjoyed staying at Phil’s place numerous times. It’s perfect if the family don’t mind sharing an open plan room. It’s close to the beach and bike tracks which suits our needs. Will return!

Anthony and Ana were great hosts. They were communicative and we felt very welcome. The property was clean and an easy walk to cafes, shops, restaurants and the water front. The beds were very comfortable and we slept really well. We really enjoyed our stay in a great location and do not have any negative comments regarding the property or the hosts. Perfect location and easy to get to everything. Walks and a swim at Bar Beach every morning was a great way to start the day. Stunning views of the Lake. Wonderful cosy place to stay in beautiful Bermagui. Had everything we needed and was very pleasant and a great deal. Close to shops and amenities, easy walk to beaches.

We were very happy with our stay at Andrew and Chelsea’s unit. It was roomy, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. It had there that we needed and was. Lean and uncluttered. It was also very secure and private. We also enjoyed our time looking around the area from Merimbula to Eden and over the border down to Mallacoota. It’s a very picturesque part of the Coastline.

Beautiful little apartment with all the comforts of home. We greatly enjoyed out stay despite the rotten weather. It was lovely and cosy. Thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful time in Merimbula. Fiona’s place was the ideal location for us - 10mins into town and we lucked out with the winter weather so could walk in and out of town at leisure. It was peaceful, serene and the exact thing we needed for a long weekend getaway !

What an absolute gem, this quirky, gorgeous flat is a dream to stay at, we loved absolutely everything about it. Haani is such a beautiful soul, so welcoming and accommodating, she truly made our stay extra special.
