Monthly Rentals in Malpaso

Our stay at Yajaira’s was the perfect family getaway. The small house was stocked with beach activities, foldable chairs, a cooler, pool towels, board games, and working out equipment. I took my nieces to enjoy their first family vacation after the year anniversary of the passing of their mother. It was a beautiful family experience to just kick back and enjoy the beauty of the west side of PR. Yajaira’s house was essential for our family’s needs and will forever be a trip my nieces remember. The food truck that is located near the property is a great breakfast or lunch spot. The local Panadería is a great corner store for essentials. If you’re planning on visiting crashboat beach, this is the perfect safe & quiet spot. The pool was also very clean and refreshing after a day at the beach. Blanca is a great host. Easy to communicate with her and very responsive. Her place is very quite and peaceful. After a week in San Juan we really appreciated the tranquility. You need a car to get around, and there is plenty of restaurants, and the beach is no too far. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back. Thank you Blanca.

The place is very comfortable and centrally located for restaurants, beaches and attractions. The apartment was very nice, clean and cozy!
