This is a cozy secluded place. Go for the absolute quiet. Cool evening breeze. Kitchen adequately stocked. Pay attention to recycle instructions. The movie and book selections are dated , you might want to bring your own, plus personal games if you want more than just a few choices. The views are lovely. The grounds more wetlands, no significant sandy shore. The local area is a niche with a pub, bakery, local grocery. Good location for a getaway with good location for explore the island.

Dylan’s cottage was an idyllic, peaceful home away from home as we explored Prince Edward Island. Our location couldn’t have been more perfect: beautifully maintained grounds with a fire pit, a gazebo, a hammock, and two decks!! Best of all, although close to beaches and attractions, the cottage was away from the traffic and noise that accompanies the popular spots. Dylan was a great communicator as well. Don’t miss an opportunity to stay in this lovely cottage!

We had a fantastic stay at Anne’s place in IPE. The house was impeccably clean and well-furnished, with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces, it was clear that a lot of thought went into making this a perfect home away from home. Anne was incredibly friendly and responsive, always available to assist with any questions or needs. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more welcoming place to spend our vacation. Highly recommend😊

We loved our stay at the cottage. The space is beautiful and Mitch & Molly had it fully equipped to meet our needs! There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 kids. We enjoyed walking down to the bay too. I wish we had planned this stop on our trip to be longer!
