Great cabin with close proximity Lyngsalpene, Tamokdalen and Tromsø. The cabin is located near the lake and has great views. Here there are good conditions to see the northern lights, go for walks, e.g. to Steindalsbreen. 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living/dining room with room for 8, bathroom with sauna, separate toilet and large balcony. Bedlinen and towels are included in the rent. The cabin is located in Steindalen between Nordkjosbotn and Lyngseidet. On the cot there are two extra beds, in addition to the 8, where the children can sleep by themselves.

You can study the wildlife from the living room window or explore nature. There are plenty of opportunities for mountain trips nearby. The cabin is warm with underfloor heating and running water/electricity. The cabin is located right above Malangen resort, with the possibility to rent a sauna and swim in the lake. Approx. 10 min drive to the store. There is a kitchen with cooking facilities and fridge/freezer.

Here you can find tranquility while exploring the surrounding areas on foot, ski or by boat. 30 minutes drive to Lyngseidet and Tamokdalen. 1 hour and 15 min to Tromsø by car, and the same to Kilpisjärvi.

OBS…The cabin does not have a water installation . Charging of electric vehicles is directed to charging point with app payment (cloudCharge). Charging other places are total forbidden 🚫.

The cabin is suitable for up to 6-7 travelers (person number seven in the sofa bed), and is also suitable for families with children. At the entrence to magical Senja you find our newly built second home. With 10meters from the house to the water it is located perfectly at Rossfjordvannet. The house has 3 bedrooms a generous bathroom and an open kitchen living room with a fire place between the floor to ceiling windows. The well equipped kitchen has 2 ovens and a spacious cooker. The Aurora can be seen through the large windows in all rooms or from the patio outside.

The “Elvind Astrup”Cabin has been decorated and set-up with ever attention to detail to make your evenings with us comfortable and relaxed. Lovingly furnished with drift wood and natural materials the cabins accommodate five to six people. We have a sauna near the river (additional for 450NOK). Our three cozy log cabins „Helge Ingstad Hytte“, „Eivind Astrup Hytte” and "Wanny Woldstad Hytte" are all to rent on Airbnb.
