Bed linens and towels are included, as well as tea and coffee. The house is close to Orrskogen. About 1.2 km to our new swimming pool, ice rink and our nice cross-country skiing tracks. Great place to stay if you are passing through and looking for overnight accommodation. Welcome to our cozy and fresh house. Newly renovated finishes in 2024 in a large part of the home. New beds, mattresses, comforters, pillows, etc. Branäs ski resort 7 km, Långberget cross-country skiing 12 km, Trysil ski resort 90 km, bathhouse 500 m. Fishing, scooter, cycling, skating, hiking. The house is located 20 meters from Klarälven, perfect if you want to fish. Down by the river we have a nice private barbecue area (only for your tenants). Firewood to burn is included! If you're lucky, you'll see the moose, they're often visiting 🫎

Watch ice floes drifting down the river, enjoy the fine sandy beach in summer, or take a canoe trip along the water. Go forest bathing, search for woodland spirits and fairies... every season has its own special charm! The bright house, built in 2018, is modern and designed for year-round use. A private drinking water well as well as exclusive fishing rights are, of course, included.

Easy to find as the house is a stone's throw from the roundabout where the E45 meets the E16.
