Lovely apartment near the beach

The AirBnb was great! Everything very clean, easy access via mobile phone (electronic lock), super clean, close to the beach! Only at night the area is not so safe, there are a lot of drunk/people who are drugged or homeless. We were 2 girls and then drove Uber at night. So you have to be a little careful, but then it's not a problem! :)))

Nothing to complain about. You get what you see, and that for a very good price in a top location. Definitely recommended.

We can't say enough about our stay in Alboraia. Arleta and Dirk were exceptional hosts and the apartment was everything we had hoped for and so much more. Just a few steps to the pristine beach and an easy commute into Valencia, with all of it's glorious culture. Our heartfelt thanks to Arleta and Dirk . . . should we return to Valencia in the future, we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else!

Amazing apartment! Great location right by the beach, with a lovely beach bar and lots of restaurants within 2 minutes walk. Apartment spacious, clean, all the facilities needed for a short break (had washing facilities too if you were staying longer) and lovely balcony to sit and people watch. Supermarket also within 10 minutes walk which was handy for supplies. Would recommend and would return. Host was always responsive immediately and was really informative.

The communication of Sergio was really uitstanding and could not have been any better, very quick and helpful, nice tips for restaurants and luggage storage e.g. we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks a lot for everything Sergio you are a top host!

Great hostess, very clean apartment! Maria responds quickly to questions. I was there with my two daughters, 7 and 9 years old. Good restaurants are (mostly) within walking distance! There is no subway connection. The city can be reached by bus or, as we had, by car in 20 minutes. Large supermarket 1 km away. There are no souvenirs or other shopping options, but if you want that, you can go to the city anyway. The beach is beautiful and never crowded. Almost everything is available in the apartment (parasol for the beach, beach towels, washing machine, etc.). Hand washing is required for the dishes, as there is no dishwasher available. However, flushing utensils are also available. Upon the 1st entry into the apartment, we immediately felt comfortable! We were thoroughly satisfied, and would definitely come back at any time 🥰👍

Perfect stay in a perfect location!

We were very happy with our stay at Vicente’s apartment. He personally welcomed us upon arrival, explained everything in detail, and was always available if we had any questions. The apartment is a spacious three-room flat, fully equipped with everything we needed—and even more. It's just a 5-minute walk to the beach and public transport stops. Unlike the city center, which can get very hot in summer, we enjoyed a refreshing sea breeze throughout our stay. On weekends, you can hear loud music from the promenade, but it didn’t bother us at all. We definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in Valencia!

This place we chose for a sea holiday was exactly what we expected. There are walking paths along the beach and restaurants that you can try. However, transportation to the center was costly, we used Uber, under normal conditions, you need to transfer with yellow and red buses. The house is convenient and the location is very beautiful, the sea and the beach are very beautiful. We walked along the beach almost to the marina and I can say that this is the most beautiful holiday destination. Note: the beach is open to the public, but it is recommended that you either buy an umbrella or rent the umbrellas available on the beaches. Two people 30€ all day

Fantastic stay. Perfect apartment for us, exactly as described. Communication was perfect throughout, incredibly friendly. Check in was flexible and easy. Great location, only 1 metro stop into the city centre. Balcony was fabulous, very private. Highly recommend

We are happy to have stayed at Maria’s place right on the beach in Patacona. Even on a popular weekend, it was very quiet alternative than Malva-rosa steps away. The apartment was very clean, looked better than the photos, spacious bathroom and outdoor patio, and comfortable living room.

Our stay there was very peaceful. The view is incredible and relaxing. The balcony is a good size. The location is phenomenal. It's across the street from the beach and one of the nicest grocery stores there is. The are several good restaurants in the same complex. The condo was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. We will visit there again someday!

Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Justo's apartment was love at first sight and did not disappoint. In addition to all the amenities it offers, it has a piano in the living room, which for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind with his space, he shares his home and his belongings as if his guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. He welcomed us with an appetizer upon arrival and was in touch prior to each moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full bathrooms in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. He leaves you beach items, space in his cupboards. It has filtered water in the tap, which seems like a gimmick but greatly helps with daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Sciences and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that there is an odor issue when operating the main bathroom, but I fear that it is a generalized issue in Valencia and not specific to the apartment)

We loved our stay! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to relax and enjoy Valencia!

Everything was nice, we just didnt like the strong parfume smell from those sticks, which we placed outside during our stay. It was clean, they welcomed us with wine and beer in the fridge which is a nice touch, thanks. Good thing is that they provided a beach chair and an sunshade which we used at a beach. Host is nice and responsive, location is great, and we would book again!

Our stay was wonderful- meeting Maria was like meeting family! She took the time to tell us about the best of Valencia - it was an exceptional experience. Thank you and we hope to return

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!
