Mr Cheng was very friendly and polite. When i had a couple small questions, he was very quick to respond and was very helpful. Check-in and instruction were very clear and easy to follow. The place was nice and clean and presented well. It was perfect for what we were looking for the long weekend. I would re-book in the future if we are ever around the area again. Thank you.

Great apartment. Host has clearly thought things through. Excellent building - well maintained and exceptional security. Very quiet and peaceful. Apartment has all the facilities that you require - wifi with access to a large number of channels/apps including Netflix/YT. Washing machine & dryer. Modern bathroom and kitchen. Spacious showers. Large balcony. Hard to find fault with this place or the Host. Highly recommended. Would stay here again without a thought.

This is a lovely apartment with stylish interiors, calming vibes and classic comforts. Tranquil elevated position in the tree tops, surrounded by lush greenery from every window. The huge bed is supremely comfortable, the sweet balcony relaxing and Sara has made sure everything is clean and all the necessities are covered. Location is great - a short walk up to Glenferrie Rd shops (Fleischer Cakes is a must), High St Armadale boutiques and cafes, and pretty parks like Malvern Gardens. I had a good stay at this property. The location is outstanding, situated within close proximity to a local supermarket that greatly facilitated my daily needs. The accommodation was well-maintained and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable experience. This was my third stay at this Airbnb in Toorak, and once again, it was excellent. The space is consistently clean, tidy, and exactly as described. The host continues to go above and beyond—always helpful, very responsive, and thoughtful in providing little extras I didn’t even know I’d need. It’s clear they genuinely care about the guest experience. I keep coming back for a reason—highly recommended!

Restful secure place to stay after spending days with grandchildren

I stayed here for 3 months and was very happy with the experience. It had everything I needed for day to day life. 5 minute walk to the train station that takes you straight to the CBD. 15 minute walk to all kinds of shops and grocery stores. Good wifi. Good water pressure. Bed was comfortable. No complaints!

Ivor was very responsive from the time we booked the apartment till check-out. Key collection is easy with very clear instructions given. Apartment is per the photos, very well decorated, neat & cosy. Furnishings are new, crockeries, bed linens, towels all very clean. Smart TV with internet access. Host also provided complimentary coffee capsules, teabags & condiment for cooking. Beautiful view at the top floor. Transport is super convenient with Southern Cross station & free city tram stop all within 5min walk. My family has a comfy stay here for 10days. 👍👍

10/10 stay! The property itself is breathtaking, not to mention the city views it has to offer, we felt at home as soon as we turned the key and opened the door. The location is right in the heart of prahran, with everything at your doorstep with amazing shops, restaurants, and nightlife just steps away. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to be in the centre of it all!

Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! Lives up to the description to provide a comfortable quiet spot, well served with transport and other infrastructure. Views are magnificent - especially sunset. Easy to settle in with shops directly underneath the apartment complex. Secure off street parking also a big plus point. Hosts seem to anticipate all issues and provided prompt responses to any others.

This is our favourite place when we visit Melbourne. We have stayed at Allan’s place over the last few years. It is absolutely perfect, homely and an excellent, modern unit with everything you need! Located in a perfect spot in Hawthorn East! Walking distance to shops, restaurants and transport. We will certainly look to stay at this AirBnB if it is available. Allan is the perfect host, he is always supportive and of assistance to make your stay welcome and memorable.

Perfect place for 2 couples to explore Melbourne. Close walk to Malvern Station and even closer to Potsticker, one of Melbourne's finest Chinese restaurants. Clean, neat and well described.

Thank you Meary for a great stay. Your apartment is comfortable. The instructions for access were easy to follow and we appreciated your prompt communications. Thank you for leaving the coffee machine ready to use when we arrived - that was a welcome touch. It was in a perfect location for us as our daughter lives in the same apartment block. It is in a good location right opposite Victoria Gardens Shopping Mall, lovely Yarra River walks, tram across the road, and getting Ubers to/from your apartment was also very easy.

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Vintage Melbourne available at a great price! The location is excellent. Within walking distance to all St. Kilda has to offer as well as easy access to public transportation. Parking was always available in front of the house but the option for a private spot is included. Great value!

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

This place is a gem. Beautiful view of sun set and sun rise, with chance of seeing Hotair balloon right in front of you. Lots of things to do at home, cooking, washing and bbq-ing. Will love to stay here again if we visit Melbourne again.
