Monthly Rentals in Malvern East

This was our first airbnb stay and our family of 4 had the best time in this property. Shaheen was an incredible host, being so helpful and responsive, assisting us with every question we had. The property was beautiful, with lots of amenities and heaps of snacks! It was very clean. The access instructions were very clear and the check in process was very easy. It was a quiet location close to Caulfield station, supermarkets, bus stop and everything else. We felt like Shaheen has thought carefully about every little detail of a guest and prepared everything one might need for their stay. We really appreciate this. Thank you so much for everything and we will definitely visit again next time we are visiting Melbourne.

Really enjoyed my seven-week stay here. Very spacious, loved the decor, and the courtyard is a lovely spot to relax. Located in a quiet street, quiet neighbours, easy on-street parking. A five-minute walk to local shops, including a small supermarket, several restaurants and coffee shops (Mr Sister does particularly good coffee). The tram stop is just around the corner. Koornang Road shopping strip is a 15-minute walk away, and highly recommended as it's packed with fascinating restaurants. All in all, really enjoyed the neighborhood as it's an area of Melbourne I hadn't explored. Thanks again Lynne!

What can I say, Robert (and Ernie) were extremely helpful from pre arrival up until departure. Was a beautiful place to stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to the city but also far enough away to be quiet. would love to stay again on our next trip, thanks again Robert and Ernie

We recently stayed at Diana’s apartment. It was spotlessly clean and just as accurate as the listing. The area is very safe and homely, very close to the tram lines.
