Sunny place in the forest, simple cabin in tureldorado

This is a charming little cottage in the middle of nature. About 40 minutes from Trondheim. It is a fantastic starting point for great walks in the Malvik field both on foot and by bike. You can lace up your shoes on the stairs and you are on a trip. After 5 minutes walk through the forest you will hit the Kjerkstien/Pilgrim Trail and can hike along it inwards in the field. A short bike ride away is Foldsjøen with great swimming opportunities, if you have a canoe, this is the right place. Storfossen with hiking trails is in walking distance.

Nice apartment from 2017 in quiet area only 11 minutes by car from Trondheim airport Værnes and 20 minutes by car from Trondheim city center. The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed on one, and two single beds that can be taken out to double beds on the other. Malvik Center in walking distance with grocery, pharmacy, wine monopoly and burger king. The apartment has outdoor porch under roof, fireplace and free parking Extra charge of 400,- for linens. Check in from 18.00, check out before 1pm.

🏡 Velkommen! Her kan du nyte et opphold i rolige omgivelser med utsikt til sjøen. Kort vei inn til byen med bil. 👨‍🍳Leiligheten er relativt ny og moderne renovert, med alt du trenger. Kaffe og Tea. Smart tv med netflix etc på stuen, soverommet har tv med appletv. 🚗 Parkeringsplass i oppvarmet P-Kjeller. Tog/buss fra flyplassen tar ca 30 min. 🛏️ Soveplasser, 2 på soverommet, mulighet for og sove på sofaen og en madrass på gulvet. 🌅 I nærområdet er det flere flotte steder å gå tur.

Fredelig overnattingssted med sentral beliggenhet. Gangavstand til buss og tog. Kjøkken og stue med romslig spisebord, salong, oppvaskmaskin, kjøleskap og fryser. Ett soverom med dobbeltseng og ett med køyeseng. Entré og bod. Parkering inne i garasje. Mulighet for å lade el-bil mot litt betaling. Heis eller trapp opp til leiligheta som ligger i første etasje. Noen få minutter å gå ned til fjæra med fin sandstrand. Stor veranda. Sengetøy og handklær kan leies for kr 400,- pr pers.

Cozy cabin in Storvika

Liten men koselig hytte i Storvika med vann, strøm og vedfyring. En sovealkove i hytta og et anneks med bad og soverom. Hytta ligger i skogen ca 400 meter fra Storvika Strand og friluftsområde. Storvika er Trøndelags fineste strand og en super badeplass! Storvika har også flere boltede ruter for fjellklatring og stranda blir mye benyttet til vindsurfing og kiting. Gangavstand til togstasjon og sentrum. Det kan forkomme noe støy fra parkeringsplass og industri på dagtid.

Immediate proximity to long shallow beach, the shore and nice hiking areas, e.g. Våttåstien or Skardshåmmåren. It is pleasant to go for a walk along the country road. Large garden provides room for various outdoor activities. Rich nature and wild life. Located in a small cottage field with privacy. You can drive all the way to the cabin wall. TV and wifi. Welcome to Skogrand as my great-grandparents Aagot and Olov bought as a summerhouse in 1918. It is centrally located 15 minutes from Trondheim Airport and 25 minutes from Trondheim city center. The house has all amenities and many small bedrooms. It is located by itself with large plot and garden surrounded by woods and fields but also right by the road with easy access and plenty of space for parking.

The pedestal apartment is rented. 2 bedrooms with 5 beds, a neighboring room can be used for a bedroom with a mattress. TV with altibox, wifi, parking for 2 cars. Spacious bathroom. Bed clothes and towels incl. All equipment for cooking, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave etc etc. Don't expect 2025 standard but it is clean and organized.

We were going to drive a moving load and had a large trailer, plenty of space to park it right outside the house. Fantastically nice place, quiet and idyllic with both chickens, roosters, peacocks and Lama in the yard. The apartment was large and nice with two bedrooms and a large bathroom. Friendly hosts who responded quickly to inquiries. I would love to come back here.
