Holiday rentals with a patio in Mamaia Beach

Great place rooms are nice and big, excellent location, truly authentic Italian style. Pescara is our favourite place to visit, highly recommended this Apartment. Very helpful host and all the facilities you need.

This was a magical experience. I cannot imagine a kinder and more helpful host than Kevin, and I can’t imagine a more magical location. Great advice on things to do in the area and incredibly helpful in terms of getting us oriented and “plugged in” in Capestrano.

Sehr zentrales und sehr sauberes Apartment. Alles hat super geklappt - einfacher Check in und einfache Kommunikation.

This was a week over Christmas holiday, spent visiting friends in Ascoli. The apartment was very spacious and the location near the old town centre was very useful. Only five minutes walk.

Güzel bir banyosu ve büyük bir balkonu var.Evin konumu çok iyi ,sahilde ve şehir merkezine 3km yakınlıkta. Ama merkeze hiç ihtiyaç duymadık. Eve 1 km mesafede süpermarket var. Etrafta 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde Dondurmacilar,pizzacilar ve kahve icebileceginiz güzel mekanlar var. İtalya nin muhteşem doğasına hayran kaldık.Tekrar gelmeyi diliyoruz

Great place! Location is close to perfect and the nearby cafes are not a nuisance. The apartment stays cool at all times. Very cozy and absolutely recommended!

Dire che ci siamo trovati bene sarebbe troppo riduttivo,siamo stati perfettamente e divinamente benissimo. Un alloggio più che funzionale e confortevole, curato nei dettagli, in un luogo incantato circondato da ulivi che abbraccia dall’alto la splendida costa dei trabocchi, accolti da una persona splendida, ospitale, empatica, comunicativa ma mai invadente: FLORIANA…il TOP dei TOP!!!!!!

Maison située au milieu des vignes et des oliviers. Calme avec vue sur mer et la montagne. Prestation de qualité avec de grands espaces intérieurs et extérieurs et surtout une piscine incroyablement grande. Excellent séjour.

Ho scelto questo appartamentino per far soggiornare i miei genitori e con le mie zie e si sono trovati davvero bene! Gli spazi sono ben organizzati e arredati con gusto, creando un’atmosfera accogliente e rilassante. La posizione è comoda. Pulizia impeccabile e dotato di tutto il necessario. Francesca è stata molto disponibile! Grazie Consigliatissimo!

The accommodation was perfect for 2 couples. It was clean and comfortable with a small courtyard garden. It was easy to find and access with the information sent to us by Edoardo and his mother Francesca. They were both resposive and friendly to any questions we had. The centre of L'Aquila is walkable within a few minutes from the apartment. You can find a Carrefour mini market within 10 to 15 mins for all your basic essentials, or take a car trip to Oasi outside of the city for a bigger shop. Also plenty of places to stop and eat in the city. There is lots to do and see in the area. We visited the Grand Sasso which was truly spectacular and stopped for Arrosticini at Ristoro Mucciante where you can sit and marvel the views. Rocca Calascio was well worth the climb for the views and peaceful surrundings. Lastly we visited the Stiffe Caves with amazing waterfalls. I'm sure there was so much more to see, but we only had 3 days. Thank you for our stay.

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

Casa con l’essenziale! Pulita e ordinata. Vicina al centro! Buona esperienza

Nous avons passé sept semaines dans la maison loft de Franco. Tout était parfait ! L’endroit est extrêmement calme et la vue est à couper le souffle. Franco est un hôte discret mais extrêmement disponible et réactif. La communication a été excellente avant notre arrivée et durant tout le séjour. Montesilvano Colle est un très joli village et c’est le point de départ de nombreuses balades plus merveilleuses les unes que les autres. Une chose est sûre : s’il nous est possible de revenir dans ce logement, nous n’hésiterons pas une seconde !

Een heerlijk huis, met een werkelijk fantastisch uitzicht! De ontvangst door Beci was bijzonder gastvrij. Keuken was voorzien van alle benodigdheden en de douche had een goede straal . We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad.

Ottima struttura, pulitissima, accogliente, in una zona tranquilla e vicina al centro di Chieti. Il proprietario è una persona squisita e disponibilissima. Consiglio vivamente la struttura!

L'alloggio ha corrisposto alle nostre aspettative, è fedele alla descrizione, curato nei suoi particolari e Patrizia è davvero molto attenta, disponibile e presente per venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti e risolvere piccoli problemi che possono verificarsi (come una ruota forata). L'appartamento è bene equipaggiato e quindi già perfetto, anche per il soggiorno estivo. Inoltre ci sono a disposizione le biciclette, utilissime, in una settimana non abbiamo mai spostato l'auto: il centro di sbt e il lungomare si raggiungono in pochi minuti con le bici. Ci è piaciuto davvero tutto, il suprlus lo fa poi sicuramente Patrizia, presente, gentile ma non invadente. Davvero tanti tanti tantissimi complimenti! E' raro trovare una host così attenta e un appartamento così ben tenuto ed equipaggiato! Se ne avremo la possibilità torneremo senz'altro! grazie

Ottima posizione, tranquillo e silenzioso. Dotato di tutti i comfort. Comunicazione con l'host facile e collaborativa. Lo consiglierei senz' altro.

Lovely 2 days with Adriano. He's such a lovely man. Lovely evenings on the shady terrace which was very needed as the temp was in the middle 30s. car parking spot also. He has thought of everything to make your stay a happy one. Thank you.

Siamo stati da Pierino per una settimana. L'appartamento è piccolino ma dispone di tutti i comfort. Il signor Rino, che ci ha accolto, è una persona eccezionale. Hanno viaggiato con noi anche i nostri due cani, che sono stati gentilmente accolti dai proprietari. Molto comodo l'ampio parcheggio privato a pochi passi dall'abitazione. Torneremo sicuramente!

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in Paolas Wohnung. Die Lage ist überragend - man braucht gerade mal 5 Minuten an den Strand. Die Wohnung selbst ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Man hat alles was man braucht und die Kommunikation mit Paola ist super. Da die Durchgangsstraße nahe der Wohnung liegt, ist es auf der Terrasse etwas laut manchmal. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört, da abends wenig Verkehr ist und man so nah am Strand ist, dass man sich die meiste Zeit dort aufhält. Für unseren Hund war die Wohnung auch ganz toll, da beide Gärten eingezäunt sind. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Marco si è dimostrato fin da subito disponibile a ogni nostra richiesta, la sua ospitalità ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. L’appartamento, in un’ottima posizione, ci ha permesso di muoverci totalmente a piedi. Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 persone e questo non è stato per niente un problema, l’appartamento è molto comodo e confortevole, davvero pulito e arredato con gusto. Sicuramente ritorneremo!!!!

Die Gastgeber konnten uns spontan aufnehmen, als wir das Apartement wechseln mussten. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und unterstützen uns mit vielen Tipps für Unternehmungen. Das Haus ist wirklich schön, ca. 10 min von Chieti alto und 15 min von Francavilla entfernt. So hat man Berge und Strand. Eine gute Mischung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Abbiamo passato una settimana di vacanza nel mese di Giugno a Grottammare. Siamo stati veramente bene! In casa non è mancato nulla e abbiamo avuto il piacere di essere seguiti e consigliati da una persona squisita e nata per lavorare a contatto con la clientela. E’ stata la prima vacanza in questa località e torneremo assolutamente per approfondire la conoscenza di questi posti ricchi di storia, mare e buonissime specialità culinarie. Viva le Marche!!!
