Very nice home. Very convenient if needed to stay near the airport it is about a 4 minute drive. Ricardo was great at communicating and very helpful with everything. Would most definitely stay again.

Private and peaceful gated community with great facilities, including a large pools and children plagrounds. The house was clean and functional. Tastefully decorated. No issues with utilities. Food delivery with PedidosYa worked well.

This house is a hidden gem, is located in an unpaved road but safe surroundings also the house takers are next door if you need them, easy to find and the host Silver King always went the extra mile to make sure we felt at home and comfortable, the house is huge , great sofas , excellent kitchen, beautiful pool, bedrooms and beds very clean and confortable , a huge plus it has hot water and air conditioning. Just make sure to leave them off when going out very fast to cool after you come back. Is not in the center is about 30 to 40 mins to the airport due to road construction but easy to find with the instructions and location sent by Silver who will be waiting for you at your pre determine arrival time. Close to restaurants and food also close to a supermarket, just use google maps to find them . Over all it was an excellent stay and we can’t wait to come back .

Perfect little house in a quiet neighborhood. It was just what we needed for our stay, close to bus terminals, and the airport. Will definitely book again!

Coming here was such a pleasant surprise- I thought it was one bedroom and it was three with two bathrooms, huge kitchen with everything and a lovely patio in back with shade and two trees where we strung our travel hammock. The neighborhood felt safe and there was great wifi and incredible service and attention form all involved from check-in to check-out. I'll recommend this place to anyone looking to find a nice oasis and feel at home (if you're westerner especially). Laundry machine and everything you need to do washing makes it extra awesome. Hot showers. Any questions or issues- immediate resolution. Its the team on the ground that I can't say enough good things about. Im at airbnb host and having someone like Eliza to make sure things run smoothly is absolutely essential. We moved to smaller apt last days that is next door and shares same back and front patio and didn't hardly hear them or see them. Thank you all (and Marvin, hope to meet you in person back home)! Excelente lugar acogedor

We had a great stay in Nicaragua! The home was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet, residential, gated community that felt very safe and welcoming. It’s just a short walk from a small convenience shop and surrounded by some fantastic local restaurants—great for experiencing authentic Nicaraguan food without having to go far. With the hot weather, the cool showers were actually a nice touch, and we didn’t miss hot water at all. The AC worked very well in two of the bedrooms. The master bedroom had an older unit that wasn’t as strong but still kept the room comfortable enough for sleeping. Overall, a great spot to relax and enjoy a taste of local life. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Joshua muy buen anfitrión, muy amigable y flexible, la casa en un lugar bien de Managua, buena ubicación, no era la de la foto pero era prácticamente lo mismo, siempre atento, lo único quizá si se puede decir es el baño que necesita un poco de mantenimiento, pero fuera de eso todo muy bien, lo recomiendo ampliamente, si estas buscando un lugar tranquilo, seguro y bonito por Managua no dudes en ir on él

Lugar seguro, agradable, bonito, con lo necesario para una estancia como en casa. se encontraba limpio y ordenado.

Nos alojamos junto a mi familia, un ambiente muy seguro con mucha vigilancia, Jesenia siempre estuvo pendiente y nos envio a Maria muy linda y amable. Surgio un imprevisto pero lo solucionaron en el momento, sin duda volveriamos a alojarnos con ella. La casa muy limpia, bastante amplia y acojedora!
