The stay is beautifully planned, with an excellent view from the bed as well as the living area. Kitchen was surprisingly stocked with a lot of food and a variety of spices and masalas (practically a fully stocked kitchen). Vegetables as well. Mohan has planted and maintains a lot of plants, it's a treat for the eyes of any nature lover. Got an excellent tour of the entire property. There is also the view point on the top most floor that should not be missed. The host was extremely kind and prompt during the check-in and the stay. In short, the stay is beautiful and worth every penny spent. If you'd want a peaceful holiday for two, this would be one of the most comfortable ones around.

The villa itself is clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a peaceful getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was the host, Mr. Shine. He was extremely friendly, responsive, and always just a call away for anything we needed. His hospitality really enhanced our overall experience. The villa doesn’t have air conditioning, but thanks to the pleasant weather, it didn’t feel uncomfortable—though it did get a bit warm during the afternoons (we visited in May). Also, there’s a CCTV camera installed at the outer boundary facing the swimming pool, which slightly impacts the privacy for couples and could be reconsidered. The location is excellent with adventure parks, viewpoints, and tea gardens all nearby. The view from the property includes a stunning mountain backdrop.

We stayed at Arun’s place for a special occasion. The place was super clean and modern amidst the beauty of the nature. Very well thought amenities were ready when we checked in. Anil, who manages the property is on top of his hospitality game. He is a call away to guide or meet your needs. The breakfast is yummy and was very palatable to the vegetarian tastebuds. Anil guides you to the places of visit and even shares places to avoid with senior parents. Anil and Arun went above and beyond to make the special occasion memorable by presenting a customised memento. Overall, this is a must stay and is close to places of interest and towns.

I choose Pranav’s place with bit of risk as this property was new and i was the first customer from Airbnb and hence no existing feedback was available. But when i landed there i was pleasantly amazed by the serene surroundings, cleanliness of the property. We booked two rooms (at first floor) who are adequately spacious, have a separate kitchen at ground floor. Rooms have sparkling clean bathrooms attached and hot water available always. There is lot of open space at ground floor, can play badminton/cricket and they also provide indoor games.There is caretaker available always to help you with anything. They also have tie up with vendors providing homely food , we opted for kerala’s authentic breakfast for all days and also dinner couple of times. The food was yummy and very reasonably priced. Pranav also helped answering all queries and guided for local shopping and tourism. I will highly recommend this property to anyone and will also look forward to stay again myself.
