Summer cottage/cabin at Grundsjön

Free Wi-Fi, hot tub, 3 meters from the water, quiet and beautiful, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, underfloor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning must be done before checking out and must be done thoroughly, for example, vacuuming, drying the floors, dusting the bathroom and kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included with the cabin. You need to clean the house before you check out.

Cozy cottage in Värnäs right next to Klarälven

The cottage is beautifully located next to the Klarälven river. In the surrounding area, there are nice hiking trails and good opportunities for fishing. A large forest area, with plenty of moose, starts near the house. A five-minute drive will take you to a small swimming pond with its own beach and jetty. To Branäs ski resort, it takes 25 minutes and to Långberget, with both nice hiking trails and ski trails, it is an hour's drive. The cottage belongs to Länsmansgården, which was built in the mid-18th century. The owners live on the property.

The house overlooks Lake Övre Brocken. There's water on both sides of the house. It is a year-round cottage with heating cables on all floors. There are three bedrooms, 2 toilets, shower and sauna. The living room has high ceilings with a kitchen and fireplace. The porch goes around the whole house, so you can follow the sun and barbecue outside. At the campsite you can rent a canoe, swim, fish or cycle. In the autumn, you can pick mushrooms and berries. In winter, there is ice fishing, snow scooter trails and skiing.

Living room with corner sofa, dining room, fireplace (wood available) and flat-screen TV with large Allente selection. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Welcome to our cottage, a stone's throw from Klarälven. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony and gaze out over Klarälven, which flows just behind the cottage, or why not grill a sausage over the fireplace that is at the back of the cottage. Here you are close to swimming, fishing, hiking and skiing. In 20 minutes, you reach Branäs and in 50 minutes, Långberget.
