This charming condotel on the water of Sarasota Bay has many amenities on the property itself but also close to anything you want to do in Sarasota or Bradenton. Only 10 miles to Bradenton Beach and 13 to Siesta Key. 6 miles to IMG academy and 3 to SRQ airport.The property has an Arcade, pool, outdoor games, Tiki restaurant/bar w/live music, fitness center. A little something for everyone to enjoy. This property is on the water but not waterview. You must be 25 and have an ID for property rental

Excellent location! heated pool next to the marina, next to Tarpon Bay Bar & Grille which offers a great menu and live music Thursday thru Sunday. DJ on Tue. M&W is bar bingo. There are several bars and restaurants less than a 1/4 mile. The fitness center has dumbbell's,1 treadmill, 2 ellipticals & 1 stationary bike. 3 miles to SRQ airport, no elevator. NO ROOM SERVICE. Towels and linens in room are all that are allowed, you may launder them yourself. Hotel will charge you for their service.
