The house is located in a great location! The beach is not a far drive and there is plenty to do in the area! The house is also beautiful and the backyard with the pool and hot tub are amazing !

We had a great time. Super clean, beautiful home, full of extras. The property has many things to do and keep everyone entertained. Great communication, definitely one of our favorite vacation homes. Can’t wait to stay here again!!!

Check in was easy and the house was super clean. The backyard is really cool, feels like you are at the beach with the tiki bar. Definitely would come back.

Believe the positive reviews! We had a wonderful six night stay at this New Townhome located close to UTC with plenty of restaurants and shopping very close by. Nathan Benderson Park, Beaches, gyms & downtown Sarasota Bayfront Park & Marina Jack all within a 25min or less drive. Ed was extremely responsive & would answer any questions right away. They provided beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels and even an umbrella which was a definite plus. The home was extremely clean and we all felt very much at home. The beds were extremely comfortable and bed linens felt like higher quality & all beds had plenty of pillows. The neighborhood was very quiet with access to a nice community pool which was very close to the unit. My husband and I and our three adult daughters stayed here very comfortably and had plenty of privacy. I would highly recommend this property and host!

We loved the beautiful modern home, fully stocked kitchen, cool fireplace & pool. Our kids loved having access to a dock & kayaks where they could fish all day! There was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. Found THE BEST Latin grocery store 5 minutes away with fresh chips, salsa & super yummy desserts! We'll be back.. Thank you, Landon!

This place was perfect for our family! Our friends live a mile away, tons of shopping and restaurants close by (we at food and beer, dannys, and first watch amongst others). House and community pools were incredible. The neighborhood is peaceful, super clean, and safe. We literally couldn’t have asked for better and we’ll be staying again soon!

This place was great. The location is perfect in that it is not far away from other places, such as the great beaches and restaurants. It is also conveniently in walkable distance to the nearest publix which makes buying groceries very easy. The place itself is great and very comfortable, the pool area is also great. Most of the time we considered if we should leave the house or not just because of how much we could do inside of the house ! The host was very responsive and understanding, overall i would definitely book here again.

We had a great experience at Arlet’s place. It was immaculately clean and it had everything we needed to stay for a full week. She was very responsive and accommodating when we needed to extend our stay on short notice. If you’re sensitive to light, just make sure you bring a sleep mask.

Enjoyed staying here, we came for Anna Maria Island and it was really easy and quick to get there. The area has many places to eat and it’s great.

Absolutely amazing stay! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The style and decor of the house is cozy, clean, and elegant. It had everything we needed for a perfect week-long stay. Beds are comfortable, shower is incredible - we even planned a day just to chill at the house because it was so honey and relaxing. Tons of great things to do and great restaurants. Close to the beaches and fishing spots. We will definitely stay again!!

Reynaldo was very clear, communicative, and friendly. The place was well kept and clean. I was very surprised to see how many amenities and toiletries were available in the room, so that was really nice to see.

This is probably the best house you could stay in! We absolutely loved everything about it, the house is spotlessly clean and incredibly well-equipped, the beds are super comfy, and the view from the pool is simply breathtaking. The location is also perfect: less than 5 minutes to the grocery store, 10 minutes to restaurants and shopping, and about 30 minutes to some of Florida’s most beautiful beaches. A big plus was the pool service, they even left a note detailing what they had done and how long we should wait before using the pool again. Mergim was extremely supportive, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. Thank you so much for having us, we truly enjoyed every moment at this beautiful place. We can absolutely recommend this house and will definitely be back!

We all enjoyed the home. Very spacious, clean and the lay out was good. Loved the back yard for our 4 year old grandson and the screened in porch except for the mosquitoes were bad. But the home it self was nice.

We had a wonderful stay this weekend with our family! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The space was perfect for gathering. The host was responsive and made sure our experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and would definitely stay here again. Gleb’s townhouse was perfect for our family vacation. The area felt very safe and everyone was super friendly. Our young kids especially loved the community pools and splash pad. Gleb was a great host and always very responsive and helpful when needed. Will definitely look to stay again in the future when visiting the area!

Tatsiana was an amazing host! This Airbnb was very charming and we felt right at home! The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean! This listing is great for solo travelers and families alike! Lots of thoughtful additions like bikes, beach chairs, pool floats and beach towels!

This was one of the most beautiful locations we have stayed at. The view from the large screened porch and the little cabana that sits right next to a river. The use of kayaks (a single and tandem) made the trip very memorable. The river feeds into a big lake and can paddle over to a park where they have food, drinks and live music. The beach is a bit of a drive but not terrible. We cooked out on the provided new gas grill. We ran out of gas while cooking late at night and the host went and got a new tank of propane for us. We truly didnt want to leave after 3 nights. Highly recomend for nature lovers. Great spot for fishing too.

Lilli’s home was lovely. Updated, spotless, convenient amenities, and a great location. It was really spacious and perfect for my family trip. Would absolutely stay again.

Outstanding experience!

Lorena’s place was very comfortable and clean. Check in and checkout were very free of hassle. Having items to cook with were a huge plus to make meals during our stay and all of the linen was clean. Would definitely book again in the future!
