Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Manatee River

Erinn was an amazing host - she would respond immediately to any text and was always friendly and helpful. The house is as good as it looks if not better! My husband complains about every airbnb I book but he even he had to admit this one was top notch.

Beautiful home with beautiful swimming pool. Great master bedroom with great mattress and very nice shower in the master bath. House was comfortable, great kitchen & family room. Host/hostess was very nice and responded very fast.

INCREDIBLE. This home was a mile beyond any other place we have stayed. It was exactly as described and yet exceeded every expectation. It is obvious Rosa has taken great pride to make this a 5-star stay. The real gem is the pool and hot tub. The backyard had it all and was perfect for family fun or a night time soak. Thanks for a fabulous, fun-in-the-sun week!

We had the most wonderful 5 days here. House and pool were amazing. Heated outdoor shower was great for after the beach. Beach is less than a 5minute walk away. We walked there several times at sunset and got beautiful photos. restaurants and shopping near by. we will definitely be back!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described in the listing. The space was very clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated, which made it feel welcoming and comfortable. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care went into preparing the space for guests. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were all in great condition, and there were nice little touches that made the stay even more enjoyable—like fresh towels, toiletries, and a well-stocked kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and it was easy to get to the beaches. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. They were responsive, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed for a great stay. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and I’d definitely come back again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free place to stay!

Great location! So close to many different beaches and restaurants. The private pool area was our absolute favorite!

Our family had a great stay at Jalark’s place. He was very responsive when we had a few questions. Backyard is an oasis. That was the best part of our stay. Make sure to check out the local meat market and fire up some steaks on the Traeger!

Couldn’t have found a better place to stay for our trip. After full days at the beaches, sightseeing, and exploring it was so nice to get back to our little house to enjoy the quiet and relaxing oasis. Truly a wonderful place to stay.

The house was a little smaller than expected, but still had everything we were looking for. We had a slight problem with the lights in the bathroom during our second day, but Eric was quick to respond to our concerns and helped us resolve the issue. The hot tub was an amazing added feature which we utilized every night and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and concise and easy to understand. Overall we had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend any couple to stay in this Airbnb.

Our stay was great for a bachelorette weekend ! The host was so responsive and got back to us right away. Enough towels for 14 + people. The amenities of the house were great. We enjoyed the use of the pool and hot tub! Definitely recommend staying here :)

Our specific condo needed some updating, but it was spacious and comfortable and, Monika the Manager, was very accommodating. Location was good, the pool was very nice and the people were friendly.

We enjoyed staying at this privet quate property. It is as described and showns on the puctures. The property is located in quiet neighborhood, the landscape is well maintained. I didnt know at first it is a condo and there is other rental conected but we never heard any noice. It was very peaceful. Beautiful grounds. Full kitchen, has everything you need to cook a full meals, spacious rooms. The property has everything you need for vocation. It is close to alot of stores. About 15-20 min to popular beaches. Also there is a swiming pool at the property, very clean and well maintained, though we didnt use it alot. Showers were very clean, and good water pressure. I highly recomend this place ! The owner is friendly and responsive. Few things i would improve: the kitchen pans are stainless steel and it was hard to cook in them. Food would stick and burnt at the bottom. There are plenty of beach chairs but not umbrella unfortunately. Overall wonderful place!

Everything was extremely clean and comfortable and Jeff responded with any of my questions/ needs quickly!!! He made everything very easy which made checking in very smooth. Highly recommend renting from him!!! I willl be again in the near future!!!

Anna was a wonderful host. Her home is even more beautiful than in the photos. Lush backyard, screened porch, peaceful community, spacious rooms and new appliances. We had a great vacation and would love to return. We made use of the beach gear she offered at Siesta Beach!
