Holiday rentals with lake access in Manatee River

Only thing I had a problem with is we weren't informed the the bug guy was coming and he let himself in while my wife was there and sacred her a little because she didn't know about it

what a great Arbnb. Cliff and Sue's place was great and will definitely stay again when we go back to the Sarasota area. Exceeded our expectations. Truly felt like home away from home. If anyone needs a great place to stay while in the Sarasota area this is the place to be. Centrally located to all places. Anna Maria Island was just 20 min away, same with Sarasota downtown and about 30 minutes to St. Armand's Circle. Siesta Key was also about 30-40 minutes away. Very close also to the sky bridge leading to the St Pete/Clearwater beaches area. House was pristine, very clean with all the essentials you need to begin your stay. Loved the 'take a little leave a little' touch where guests can leave (instead of throwing away) some of the essentials needed in the house. Thank you Cliff and Sue for a great stay. There isn't one thing I can negatively say about this Arbnb.

The house was great. Trysten is a great host. Has a lot of things to use for the beach and stuff to use for your little ones. He is also really responsive when we had questions.

Len was a terrific host, and his property is beautiful and exactly as described. Len made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, and was very responsive to any of our text communications. the property is exactly as described and perhaps better than the photos on the listing, including a beautiful view of the water with stellar sunrises every morning. the location is quiet and centrally located to great restaurants and beaches on longboat or siesta key. highly recommend this location for any travelers looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the Sarasota area.

Absolutely worth it. We spent time on Manatee Beach, had great dinners at the Ugly Grouper, Anna Maria’s Oyster House and Marina Jacks which was more upscale. The house was super clean and very comfy. Last eve was spent in pool and hot tub. Also owners were responsive to any requests. i would recommend this place and stay again myself. We also rented a catamaran 3 hour tour 😉 at Kathleen D’s. very nice.

Perfect place to stay for the beach, less than a 5 minute walk. super quiet at night and easy to get to sleep. Everything was as described and we had a great stay.

This spot was beautiful, the view from all around the living space was amazing. Our hosts greeted us once we got settled and were able to provide us with a lot of different options to spend our mini-vacation. Will definitely be doing our best to return to this amazing piece of paradise.

The condo was immaculately clean! Very comfortable. Very spacious Raymond was very easy to contact & quick with reply when needed!

My sisters and I spent a week here it’s a great location the beach was around the corner ! The pool area is private and very cute just thought it was bigger from the pictures! My only complaint was the livingroom furniture wasn’t comfortable I felt more cozy in the bedroom !

I had the most beautiful time❤️The accommodations were perfect and Kristen is a very gracious host. The settings ideal with a resident horse and cow . There is a grill and a pool and a washer/dryer. The setting is very private and the space is well appointed. Kristen goes out of her way to ensure that a fun, relaxing and memorable time is had. I truly appreciated how pet friendly the property was also. It was beyond perfect😊🌸💕🐴

Great location, beautiful sunrise, great fishing! My daughter cast out and within five minutes, caught a bass!!

I absolutely loved the place. The cabins are very simple, but perfectly clean and functional as a place to spend the night. The music each evening was wonderful. The beer and the food was good. The scenery was wonderful. We rented kayaks and went up to linger Lodge. I will definitely go back.

We had a good stay. It was convenient for us and easy access to Sarasota. We took a nice walk at the nearby celery fields park.

This was our second year of spending a month at Aileen's place. Again, it was so perfect for my husband and I. We did have guests stay for a couple of nights and the air mattress is REALLY nice! Everything about the space is so wonderful. Clean, cute, everything you would need for a month. It is also close to so many beaches (Fort Desoto Park ( our favorite), St. Pete's beach, and Anna Maria Island beaches. It's close to all that Bradenton, St. Petersburg and Sarasota have to offer. We felt right at home the day we arrived and it was hard to say good-bye. We definitely hope to visit again!

Such a cute little spot. Very kid friendly and the beds were comfortable. My son caught his first fish here so precious memories were made. Will definitely be back!
