On the second floor, you will find the Silver Room with its own bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe, and a large rooftop terrace. All 4 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and spacious wardrobes with plenty of storage space. A TV is available in every bedroom except the Rose Room. The living and dining area as well as the kitchen are also air-conditioned. For year-round comfort, the entire villa is equipped with central heating. All 4 bathrooms feature modern walk-in showers, a toilet, and a washbasin. For added convenience during longer stays, the villa also offers two washing machines and a dryer. There is a private pool in the garden of our detached house under pine trees, away from the crowds and noise of the city. The pool is only available for our guests' use. Our house has its own private garden. There are lemon and olive trees in our garden. You can enjoy the barbecue and pool in our garden surrounded by greenery. If you wish, you can watch TV series/movies on the smart TV in our living room.
