Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Manavgat

Güzel bir konum, harika kum bir plaj, bakımlı güzel bir site. Zeytin ve nar ağaçları arasında denize gidip, geliyorsunuz. Konakladığımız yer, sitenin en sakin ve en müstakil yerindeydi, kocaman verandasında vakit geçirmek, sofra kurmak çok eğlenceliydi. Hatta isterseniz mangal yakıp, semaverde çay demlemek için de çok müsait bir alanı var. En önemlisi Soner Bey, ihtiyaç duyduğumuzda beş dakika içinde yanımıza gelip, sorununuzu halletti. Çok anlayışlı ve yardımsever Soner Bey çok iyi bir ev sahibiydi. Sayesinde tatilimiz çok iyi geçti.

Eine schöne Unterkunft für eine Familie. Ugur ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Host, der proaktiv Empfehlungen für Ausflüge macht und immer sehr gut erreichbar ist. Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert. Die Wohnung verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, in denen man locker 6 Personen unterbringen kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Terrasse und die Umgebung (Spielplatz auf dem Gelände) sind ein großes Plus! Leider ist der Pool 2024 geschlossen. Das Meer ist aber nur 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt...

Staying with Abdullah was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and Abdullah was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended!. Our stay at Abdullah 's place was fantastic!

Selçuk bey çok ilgiliydi.Gerçekten çok temiz düzenliği olanakları da oldukça fazla bir evdi. Biz konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık.Sadece geleceklere bir uyarım var diğer yazlıklar çok yakın olduğu için biraz sesli konuşursanız çevre rahatsız olabiliyor bir kere uyarmak için geldiler.Onun dışında her şey çok iyiydi kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

La maison ressemble totalement à la description et aux photographies. Habil est un hôte aimable et réceptif, il répond rapidement. La voisine, Alla est une perle, gentille et accueillante. La maison se situe près du centre de Bellek à pieds. La plage est proche également. Je reviendrai certainement prendre du repos dans cette agréable maison où il fait bon vivre.

Barış bey ve bizi karşılayan filiz hanıma çok çok çok teşekkür ederiz. Her şey harikaydı. Kendi evimiz gibi rahat, konforlu bir tatil yaptık. Her konuda yardımcı oldular, çok sıcak insanlar. Muhit harika, ev güvenilir korunaklı. Havuz tertemiz. Mutfak için tüm araç gereçler mevcut. Evin konumu marketlere oldukça yakın. Otopark mevcut. Kusursuz bir tatil imkanı sundular. Herkese tavsiye eder, kendimde fırsat buldukça da gelmek isterim… Çok çok teşekkür ederimmm:)

Evde ihtiyaç duyulabilecek hemen her şey mevcuttu. konumu sahile oldukça yakın ve balkondan deniz manzarası eşliğinde yemeklerimizi keyifle yedik. iki otelin arasında yer aldığı için öğle saatlerinde zaman zaman gürültü olabiliyor ancak bu durum bizi olumsuz etkilemedi. Murat Bey’e misafirperverliği için çok teşekkür ederiz son derece keyifli bir tatil geçirdik.

Mutlu huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik, Onur bey her konuda hızlı bir şekilde yardımcıydı, odamızı temiz bir şekilde teslim aldık, imkanları yeterliydi, denize yürüme mesafesi ve tamamen kum bir kumsal Tekrar gitmeyi isteyeceğimiz bir yer oldu, teşekkürler

06 - 09 Haziran ayında kaldığım yer için öncellikle ev sahibi begüm hanımın evin yönetiminde olan annesi filiz hanıma ilgisinden dolayı çok tşk ederiz , konaklamamız boyunca bizimle kendi akrabası gibi ilgilendi , Ev muhteşem havuz muhteşem kendimi otelde gibi hissettim herşey fotolar göründüğü gibi herkese gönül rahatlığı ile bu evi tavsiye ederim ayrıca evin konumu da harika bir çok turistlik bölgeye ve sahile yakın...

Erken girdiğimiz için temizlik tam yapılmamıştı ama Yaşar Bey hemen ilgilendi. Sorulara hızlı yanıt verdi. İlgisi için teşekkür ederim ederiz.

Dilek hanıma çok teşekkür ediyorum. Evde her şey dört dörtlüktü kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Uzun uzun yazmaya gerek yok bence. Deneyimledikten sonra herkesin 5 yıldız vereceğine eminim. İyi çalışmalar diliyorum

Saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit allerlei Extras, die den Urlaub angenehm gestalten. Von fertigen Eiswürfeln über die Kühlbox für den Strand, an alles war gedacht. Super war auch die Kommunikation mit Ronald und die professionelle Zusammenstellung aller notwendigen Infos zur Unterkunft. Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Batterie unseres Mietwagens und Ronalds Kontakt (u.a. deutschsprachig) vorort, hat uns blitzschnell geholfen. Danke dafür! Diese Unterkunft können wir unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

Комфортные новые Апартаменты, балкон-терраса, удобные кресла, хорошая кухня со всем необходимым и даже больше. Хороший WiFi, отличный бассейн. Это место для тех кому не нужна суета, а выбирают спокойствие и тишину. В 2-х минутах центр, в 5-ти автобусная остановка на пляж. До пляжа автобус едет каждые 30 минут, ехать минут 10 примерно. Пляж хороший, песчаный и понравилось там Кафе. От апартаментов до магазина 500 метров. Самое главное в этом месте то, что там на территории живет чудесный Лабрадор «Цезарь», он оставил о себе прекрасные воспоминания. Он чудесен, добр, красив, игрив. Спасибо, рекомендуем.

The place is in very good location in centre of Belek restaurant and shops is very close -walking distance .apartment is clean and safe . Staff is very friendly and very helpful We enjoyed the stay We came very late at night time and ibrahim ordered food for us because we cannot use our phones in Turkey thank you for amazing service in your residence .pool is clean and very good in hot days .

I would recommend Belka Golf for family Holliday . Villa locates in 2 walking distance from Belek town centre. Nice swimming pool and rooms. Ours had quite spacious lounge area so everyone could spend time together. Majority of staff can speak English and everyone is very friendly and willing to help. There is no cleaning provided and I’d suggest to bring additional towels same as all necessities supply.

I really liked the place - very good and flexible host, nice apartment and good outdoor area with pool. The place is just outside the major shopping area so it's quiet but still only 1 minute or two to shopping - beach is a bit further away (a couple of km's). Bed is on the hard side (which was OK for me), kitchen relatively well equipped, and most things worked fine. My only negative complaints would be that there were a few minor things that needs fixing in the apartment (lights in the bathroom and under the kitchen cupboards). Also, any water spilled on the bathroom floor would not drain away so have to be careful not to get water on the floor. Is it worth renting an apartment vs. a more expensive all inclusive resort? It depends - if you really will use the kitchen and cook your meals then yes (finding food supplies is not a problem), but if you (like I did since I was alone and it's not much fun to cook for yourself) eat in restaurants most of the time then perhaps not.
