The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.

Le Petit Chalet de la Plage – Terrace & Garden

Welcome to our charming wooden studio of 25 m² "Le Petit Chalet de la Plage" decorated with care. Ideally located just 300 meters from Portbail beach, this self-catering home offers a peaceful and intimate setting, perfect for a seaside getaway. Nestled on private land where our family home is also located (also offered for rent), this small house is carefully managed by service providers in our absence.

The Belleville Estate Bakery

In the past, bread was baked there. Recently renovated, this small outbuilding, dating back to the 15th century, is immersed in the countryside. Depending on the season, you can see Mont Saint Michel from the mezzanine bedroom. As neighbors, you'll only have horses. Located 2 km from Dragey Beach and 3 km from Genets, departure for crossings on foot to the Mont.
