Elle sera un excellent pied à terre pour un séjour en famille, entre amis ou en couple; le chemin des fossés taillis permet d'accéder à la plage d'Omaha Beach en une dizaine de minutes à pied. La situation permet également de visiter l’ensemble des sites du débarquement et de profiter de la tranquillité du bocage normand.

À quelques mètres de la plage, posée sur les dunes, cabane totalement rénovée et équipée, tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour dépaysant et calme au bord de la mer. Pas électricité et d'eau courante mais un accès aux sanitaires du camping municipal qui se situe à 10 m.
